Es war in der Wohnung selbst alles enthalten, was mann braucht. Die Wohnung wirkte aus unserer Sicht zwar ein wenig altbaksch eingerichtet, ist aber gut und ruhig gelegen und zum Chiemsee ist es fußläufig nicht weit. Auch für Fahrräder gab es eine gute Abstellmöglichkeit in der Tiefgarage. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war gut, nur bei der Schlüssel- bzw. Wohnungsübergabe gab es ein kleines Problem, da die entsprechende Mail über die Kontaktaufnahme nicht übermitttelt wurde. Daher kam es zu einer kleine Verzögerung, bei der Übergabe, die aber nicht problematisch war. Einziges Manko ist ein zweiter Schlüssel, dieser konnte leider nicht zur Verfügung gestellt werden. Was auch sehr unangenehm war, war der teilweise sehr intensive Zigarettengeruch im Treppenhaus. Sonst war alles gut, können wir nur weiterempfehlen. Wir ahtten einen sehr schönen Urlaub.

Bäckerei ist in der Nähe(5Minuten) zuFuß Märkte zum Einkauf am besten mit Auto zu erreichen schöne Gegend viel Natur alles bestens gerne wieder
