The neighborhood was very quiet and safe. The house is small but very well organized and clean enough except the floor was full of dust. I noticed it when we walked barefoot and saw my husbands feet was full of dirt and I lift my foot, it looks the same. My uncle complained no complimentary shampoo and soap because he didn't bring one. His reasoning was I'm a male would you expect me to bring soap and shampoo on vacation? Also he was not happy that he cant wash his wet clothes after swimming on the lake because the laundry room was locked. But over all we enjoyed our stay and able to sleep well.

Great host and manager, very helpful. Had an issue with the tv and they fixed it immediately. Love the Havasu area and really enjoyed the balloon festival.

This is not the first time we’ve used this house and, if it’s available when we are going to be in Lake Havasu, it won’t be the The house is very conveniently located for us and the owners are very helpful and easy to work with. I think we enjoyed this stay more than the last!

Over all a good stay. Unit was clean over all, although there was hair in the front shower. Location is convenient to the bridge and stores.

Great Havasu stay

Had some friends who wanted to take a last minute trip to Havasu for July 4th, this was the perfect place! Awesome location, quick drive everything. The place was really clean, and the host was very responsive. Overall a great little place to stay.

Where is my washer and dryer?

Overall is good but we can't find washer & dryer. we left this question on Oct.9 but no answer from them. We found 2 doors, one at the kitchen and the other near entrance maybe. Both of them are locked.

Staying for 2 nights wasn't the best

We stayed for 2 nights and the front door wouldn't open. I called the owner to make them aware. We spoke and was told that a handy man would be out to fix it. The back door was left open and we arrived at 9pm . One of my friends found the backdoor unlocked and that's how we were able to enter the property. The front light wouldn't stay on so, unloading our belongings was tough at night. The front fan wouldn't turn on at all. It was very hot and took a long time to cool down. When we left for the day we could t lock the door bc we had no way to enter . So we had to pack up our belongings and keep them in a locked car till we arrived back at the house. A handy man never arrived to fix the door or did a cleaning crew to clean up the smell of animal urine. I made the owner aware of all this and nothing was done. Except for, I'm sorry this is happening. If the door and fan and smell issues would have never happened I would totally recommend this place. But, till then I'm sorry I wouldn't. Wasn't a comfortable stay.

Since your visit, we are currently looking for another cleaning company to address the security and smell issue(pets are not aloud with guests). The front door lock and front room fan has been replaced. Please look for us again and we can work something out.

The host was responsive in assisting with door access issues. Unfortunately, the floors were not clean and the host was not initially accepting of feedback regarding the unclean floors (not able to go bearfoot because the floors made your feet filthy). This location will not be on my list next time I am in town to visit my LHC family.
