Wonderful place

We loved our stay here. Very clean a beautiful view. Had everything we were looking for ! Nikkos was very close and had great food. The pool was a little cold but we loved being out there by the pool and looking at the lake.

This was a quick long weekend trip for us and this little house was great. The pool is on the small side but was a great temperature & clean. The owner was super attentive & easy to communicate with! House was clean & furnished well. I’d recommend this place!

Fabulous Lake Havasu Home

We sincerely appreciated this home and had a fabulous time staying there. The view from the patio/pool is fantastic day and night! The home is very attractively decorated, comfortable and inviting. It has the best equipped kitchen and lots of little extra amenities that make staying there easy and special. Would happily stay there again.

Super cute little house! Perfect for me and my husband. The back yard is so nice a quiet with a beautiful view! We spent most of our time outside just taking in the Arizona sun!! Very clean, check in was easy location was great.

Incredible stay

The property was exactly as described. Quiet neighborhood, close to everything. Incredibly clean and organized. Well stocked, even had coffee for the morning. The owner definitely has a persons comfort in mind.

6 week stay

The location is very good, safe and quiet neighborhood..the house is exactly the way the pictures depict. The home has security cameras at both the front and at the back yard. We were not aware that there were cameras, and that the cameras would be on for the entire time of our stay..this certainly impacted how we felt about the privacy of the backyard. The hostess was easy to work with, and very prompt in replying to our questions. The home was easy to live in, and is great for a couple. The pool even though not heated was very pleasant to dangle our feet in.

Relax with a view

This house is everything they say and more. We were booking last minute . We were so fortunate to find this home. So clean and beautifully decorated (just like the pictures)! Great Fishing Trip to Lake Havasu

This was our first visit to Lake Havasu. Our primary focus was to do some fishing, so we needed a place that had reasonably convenient access to a boat launch. Beyond that, we were looking for a clean, comfortable place to relax and enjoy some quality family time, and home fit the bill! The home was exceptionally clean when we arrived, and it has all of the ammenities we needed to enjoy our stay. The driveway was long enough to park our Tacoma with our 17' fishing boat attached. Although situated in a neighborhood, the back patio and pool area felt very private. The pool was not heated, but was very refreshing after a day out on the boat. The only inaccuracy in the amenities listing on VRBO was the statement that there was a ping pong table on site. If there was, it was not accessible (the garage is not accessible to guests). The home is about an 8 minute drive to Lake Havasu State Park. While there are several boat lauches in the area, we found the state park to be extremely convenient. It is a very well equipped and maintained park with two power boat launches (about 6 lanes each) and a non-motorized launch. The park is very close to some excellent fishing spots, and has a fish cleaning station. Launch fees are $15 on weekdays and $20 on weekends (includes Friday). In general, this home is an excellent short term rental for a visit to Lake Havasu. It was within our budget, tastefully decorated, well equipped and very private.
