It sounds like this place was perfect for your families! The theater room, game room, and hot tub made for a great stay, even in winter. Thank you for your feedback, Melissa. We would like to apologize for the inconvenience that you had experienced. The Dallas area has a bugs issue during this time of year and we try our best to maintain our home bugs-free by subscribing to a Pest Control Company. They did a service treatment 2 days before your check-in and some of the bugs you may have seen were already dying as a result. We are sending them again in the next few days to do a follow-up on the treatment. We also hire a professional cleaning company who normally does a great job at cleaning. We forwarded your feedback, and we have scheduled a deep cleaning to address the issues. As compensation for the inconvenience, we have processed a $150 refund on the cleaning fee. We're glad that your kids enjoyed the pool. We look forward to hosting your family again to improve your first impression. :)
