Very nice house and great neighborhood!

Very nice and well laid out house. Kitchen and bathrooms are updated and very nice. Outdoor sitting area is great. We felt safe in the neighborhood. It was very close to everything we were doing in the colony.

Great owner, great place to stay!

David was a wonderful host - the home was clean, well stocked and very comfortable! The pool was fantastic addition to our time in Dallas, and I really enjoyed being able to make a fresh latte every morning with the top-quality machine! The beds were very clean, linens in the bed & bath rooms were very nice vs cheap, and we had a relaxing stay. Quiet neighborhood as well. Recommend this home for rental if you're in Dallas.

What a fabulous house! The pool was perfect for the TX summer and the kids rode bikes and trikes on the enclosed driveway. It turned into quite the play space!Inside, the downstairs and outdoor areas provided lots of conversation places and we were extremely comfortable. David was a super host. He communicated well and was professional and gracious.I highly recommend this location and host.

Perfect getaway!

We had my bachelorette party in Dallas and stayed here and it was the absolute perfect choice! The rooms were all great size with comfortable beds and fully stocked with towels and linens. The pool was a perfect hangout spot! The kitchen had all the things we needed, particularly morning coffee! And best of all the checkout process was so slick and smooth with minimal requirements which was so nice as you’re trying to pack and travel for home. Highly recommend!

Perfect House in The Colony

Our family of two couples and two singles had a great stay for a week for our son’s wedding in Frisco. Well deserved 5* property. Communicative host. Photos and description match the property. Fantastic location. Comfortable furniture, beds and linens. Fully stocked kitchen. Good off street parking. Private back patio with nice pool. What’s not to like? Couldn’t recommend more highly.

Very Comfortable!

My husband, our dog, my mom, my daughter and son-in-law were in town waiting for the birth of the first grandchild and we thoroughly enjoyed this home!! The neighborhood was great with wonderful sidewalks and a walking trail. The pool was great to dip in while we waited. The living area and kitchen are very spacious!! The bedrooms and bathrooms were large and updated as well!! The host was VERY responsive and went ABOVE AND BEYOND for our check out needs!! I would love to stay here again when we come back to visit our kids and new grandbaby!! Excellent wi-fi service and TV’s!! Very well appointed and very clean!!

Nice house in a great location

The pool is slightly smaller than the pictures appear and was very warm all the time because it doesn't really have any shade. The house was very hot day one and we could not sleep. But, the owner got in a tech and it resolved the problem the second day which was much better. The location is amazing and the house is very spacious and nice. The games were fun and we were grateful for the pool regardless.

Women of Joy conference

The house was GREAT!! Plenty of room for 10 ladies to spread out but still be together. We didn’t use the pool - just too cool at end of October but it was nice to sit out beside it. One room didn’t have the remote for the ceiling fan/ light so fan wouldn’t run with light out. We bought a fan to use (you know hot natured women) but did reach out to home owner so he could find it before next rental.

Smells like wet dog

Do not recommend this home to anyone with allergies. Despite communicating with the owner in advance to understand extend of pet exposure, this house is not livable to anyone with allergies. My husband and I ended up getting a hotel and missed out on more time with family!
