-Pool will be closed from October 22 - mid March
- Guests may be asked to sign a rental agreement after booking.
- Guests may NOT book this home for other people. No third party bookings allowed.
- If bringing pets, we ask that you complete and sign a Pet Addendum that will be sent once booked.
- If pets are brought without host's permission there will be a $400 infraction fee and cancellation of your stay with zero refund.
- No more than 14 guests permitted.
- No parties.
- Children must be supervised in outdoor areas.
