About this property

House Villa anchorage

Our villa "Ankerplatz" is built at the end of 2017 in the Scandinavian style and best German construction quality. The light-flooded rooms offer a unique view over the natural area in the national park "Pomeranian Boddenlandschaft". The spacious house offers about 140 square meters of space for up to 8 people. We put special emphasis on the high-quality equipment. Starting with the kitchen with induction hob, microwave, dishwasher and coffee machine, toddler-friendly equipment throughout the house with cot, and a high chair, washing machine and dryer. There is a reading area in the gallery on the upper floor. The two living-sleeping rooms are equipped with TV and Hi-Fi device. In addition, there is a small desk in bedroom III. It is rounded off by the in-house WLAN with Internet access. In the terrace and garden area you have a large garden table with parasol, 8 relax chairs, 6 sun loungers and a charcoal grill available. For the little ones we have built a climbing tower with a swing.
Since we have been traveling the eastern part of the Baltic Sea for almost 20 years, we have chosen this fantastic place. Really finding peace and relaxation is difficult in crowded places, here you can enjoy this to the fullest. Do not be alarmed if you greet a pheasant or a deer in the morning, they will always reappear in the garden. From here you can make wonderful bike rides, hiking and of course trips by car. A boat rental is at the Wittow ferry.
The villa "anchorage" is located in the Seepark Rügen, in Vaschvitz. The large Jasmunder Bodden with its natural beach is about 200 meters away. From here, all beach resorts and attractions are quickly reached by car. The most beautiful and largest bathing beach of the island Rügen - the SCHAABE - is approx. 12 kilometers far away. As a tip for natural beach friends I can recommend you the north shore Wittow and the high floorboards at Purgarden. Since there may still be construction work in the area, we have reduced the price by 20%, which is already taken into account in the price list. The 4 * Lindner Hotel, which is located in the Seepark Rügen, is currently closed due to renovations.

Es fehlt an nichts.

Das Haus ist sehr schön eingerichtet und es fehlt einem an nichts. Man sollte sich jedoch bewusst sein, dass es recht abgelegen ist und man daher viel mit dem Auto oder Rad fahren muss.

Der Traum eines Hauses

Wir waren das erste Mal als gesamte Familie auf Rügen und waren absolut begeistert und erstaunt über das traumhaft schöne Haus. Super ausgestattet mit allem was man braucht. Sowohl der Kontakt zum Eigentümer als auch zur Verwaltung war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wenn wir erneut Rügen besuchen würden wir uns freuen, das Haus erneut mieten zu können.

Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, besonders Bäcker, sind recht weit entfernt. Einrichtung und Garten sind sehr schön.

Wundervolles Haus

Wir waren 4 Erwachsene, 2 Kinder, 2 Babys und einem Hund im Haus und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Im Haus gibt es nichts was fehlt, die Zimmer sind top und die Ausstattung super. Grundstück war zum toben für die Kids perfekt. Auch die Gegend läd zum spazieren gehen ein. Ansonsten kann man wunderbar Rügen erkunden, zum Kap Akorna ist es dank Fähre auch ein kurzer Weg.

Tolles Haus mit schönem Garten

Wunderschönes Haus, sehr sauber und toll eingerichtet und ausgestattet. Sehr schöner Garten in toller Lage. Schade nur, dass es so viele Mücken gab, dass man am Morgen und vor allem am Abend gar nicht raus konnte, um die Natur zu genießen. Trotz reichlich Mückenspray.

Sehr schönes, neues Ferienhaus. Liebevoll mit viel Geschmack eingerichtet und sehr sauber. Es hat an nichts gefehlt, die Küche lässt keinen Wunsch offen. Wir waren 6 Personen mit Hund und hatten ausreichend Platz. Besonders gut: 3 Bäder! Absolute Empfehlung- Vielen Dank.!

Schönes Haus, leider mit Baustelle vor der Türe

Das Haus ist sehr schön und auch sehr geräumig. Es fehlt einem an nichts. Wir waren dort insgesamt drei Pärchen und die drei eigenen Bäder kamen uns da sehr entgegen. Das einzige Manko sind die Baustellen um das Haus rum. Wären diese nicht, dann würde auch die Lage mit 5 Sternen bewertet.
