Rustic, relaxing in a great location!

The house is very well equipped with everything you might need, and more! The outside spaces are very comfortable and spread over several areas, shaded, open, trees, several dining table options, and a great pool area. Views are amazing down to the sea overlooking pines and hills! We had some electrical problems due to a very heavy storm one night and Sylvia got servicemen quickly and had everything resolved in short time! Great response! The house feels like a private escape on the hillside above Calpe/Benissa but only minutes away from shopping, restaurants and beaches. A great location to explore all of the Costa Blanca! It’s a little hard to locate on arrival so make sure to ask for a GPS before getting here!

Casa con encanto

Casa con mucho encanto, destacando sobre todo la zona de la piscina (con increibles vistas) y la zona del porche donde comiamos y haciamos barbacoas, asi como pasabamos tiempo en sus sillones con vistas al mar desde la ventana. Debido a su privilegiada ubicacion en lo alto de un monte con vistas al mar, el acceso hasta la casa es por un camino estrecho de tierra de unos 250 metros, que la primera vez asusta un poco pero que luego te acostumbras. A mejorar los colchones de las camas.
