Villa with pool and sea view

Our beautiful 4 bedroom villa sleeps a maximum of 8 people. We have a wonderful pool with solar heating and plenty of sunbathing area. Enjoy a breathtaking view of the sea and the mountains. The distance to the sea is 1.8 km. The villa is not visible from the outside, so we have a lot of privacy. Due to the south-west location, you can enjoy wonderful sunshine all day - 3 covered terraces also provide pleasant shade. A very nice outdoor kitchen, with grill, gas hobs, sink and fridge and a nice table for 8 people invites you to cook and eat outdoors. We have 2 bathrooms and 2 living rooms (each with TV), 1 kitchen and the described outdoor kitchen. There is a sun terrace on the roof of the house. In the play area, which is covered with artificial turf, you will find a billiard table, Steeldart with lighting and a table tennis table. There is also a Nintendo Switch game console in the upper apartment. Cots and high chairs can be provided on request.

Wonderful location

The villa was just ideal for a family visit. Stunning views and beautiful pool area. The terrace with the outdoor kitchen was very special will definitely be returning!

Enjoyable stay

We had a lovely time at the villa. Communication with the host and key holder was excellent. Loved that it was 2 seperate living levels which worked brilliantly for us. The views from the villa is outstanding and the different terraces are lovely.

Nice place for family

Great house with various activities for children and adults. Several areas on different levels with opportunities to relax, play or gather for a nice conversation or a nice meal. A bit long distances to walk in the heat to restaurants and shops so we were dependent on a car. The pool table was a bit worn and a stick was broken so this could have received a small upgrade. The coffee maker also did not work but there were other options in the house so we got coffee anyway. Anyway, a place to highly recommend and all in all a very nice stay.

Marco and his family’s villa is exceptional! The view, the location, the facilities and the comfort are truly top-notch! Located between Moraira and Calpe, the villa’s location is perfect for exploring and enjoying the region, and the sea view is a real highlight. The pool area is also a wonderful feature. I only regret that we didn’t stay for longer than one week… and if possible, I would definitely not hesitate to contact Marco again to come back.

Traumhaftes Ferienhaus in toller Lage. Zu Fuß ca. 20min zur Cala Baladrar. Der Innenbereich ist zwar etwas in die Jahre gekommen aber sauber und alles funktionsfähig. Matratzen waren bequem. Top ausgestatte Küche und sensationelle Outdoorküche sogar mit Paellapfanne. Poolbereich mit Lounge sehr gemütlich. Absolut empfelenswert!

Meine Frau, unsere Kinder und ich hatten einen wundervollen Urlaub und verbrachten 13 Nächte in diesem sehr sauberen und gepflegten Ferienhaus. Das absolute Highlight war der tolle Pool und die traumhafte Aussicht auf das Meer. Die Lage ist ideal für verschiedenste Aktivitäten – ruhig und dennoch zentral. Ein Parkplatz befindet sich direkt vor dem Haus. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gibt es täglich, unter anderem ein Aldi, nur etwa 3 Autominuten entfernt. Die Buchung verlief völlig unkompliziert und die Betreuung war ausgesprochen freundlich. Wir möchten auf jeden Fall wiederkommen!

Super Urlaubsdomizil!

Wir hatten in der Villa einen tollen Urlaub! Die Villa ist schön groß, der Pool lädt zum Verweilen ein und die überdachte Aussenküche bietet genug Platz für 8 Personen. Wir haben dort jeden Abend zusammen gesessen 😊 Die Mängel vorheriger Mieter wurden in Absprache mit dem Eigentümer vom deutschsprachigen Hausverwalter sofort behoben. Auch dieser ist super nett und hatte für jede Frage ein offenes Ohr. An- und Abreise waren super unkompliziert! Ich würde diese Villa jedem meiner Freunde empfehlen! Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit.

Great value for money, lovely stay.

This is the perfect place the base yourself. It has everything you need for a comfortable stay. Clean, tidy, lots of amenities to use. Would recommend a car, great Italian restaurant 10 mins walk away. Pool is clean and tidy, my sons loved it. Was very hot when we went so didn't play to much with the pool table or ping pong but had a BBQ most nights and didn't need to buy anything extra other than the food and coal!! Air conditioning was invaluable. A lot of the furnishings have been used but all were working fine. Had an amazing stay. Thank you.

Unos días estupendos y de relax

Hemos ido una semana 6 adultos y dos bebés de 1,5 años y nos ha parecido genial. El alojamiento es tal y como se describe y muestra en la web. Las fotos son realistas. La parcela se divide en 3 alturas lo cual es bastante apropiado para permitir el descanso en la casa y a la vez hacer uso de la piscina y la zona chillout. Todo bastante bien y limpio, por poner un pero las almohadas son demasiado bajas. Con Marco ningún problema. Algún problema de idioma con la persona que entrega las llaves pero sin mayor importancia. En general todo perfecto.

Property was very tired. Not well maintained, had to hoover lots of dust and feathers under bed .

Villa not maintained, loose handrail on steps, not particularly clean. Cushion on furniture broken, sun bed dirty. Sun umbrellas broken. Bedding very poor.

Tolle 14 Tage im herrlichen Feriendomizil

Tolles Haus mit einem fantastischen Privatpool und ruhiger, netter Nachbarschaft! Zwei Wohnungen mit einer Indoor und einer Outdoor-Küche! Die Umgebung ist sehr schön! Moraira ist nicht weit entfernt. Zu empfehlen ist der cala Balladar! Ein kleiner gemütlicher Kiesstrand Richtung Calpe!

Oude villa met mooie uitzicht

De villa is oud, inrichting is niet echt gezellig en veel dingen breken zomaar af, villa heeft een aantal stenen trappen wat het niet veilig maakt voor kleine kinderen. Zwembad is oke, er is maar 1 keer in de hele week iemand de zwembad komen verfrissen. Het rijden naar de villa is niet aangenaam door de vele bochten naar boven. Verder prima uitzicht, kinderen hebben zich vermaakt bij het zwembad. Parasollen waren allemaal kapot, waardoor je bij het zwembad geen schaduw kunt creeren voor de kleine kinderen. Verder alleen een paar duitse kanalen op tv, dus niet veel aan gehad, wel een gebrekkige playstation maar geen nintento switch te bekennen, wat ook jammer was. Koelkasten werkten zeer slecht (weinig koeling), al het vlees en groentewaren gingen snel bederven hierdoor. Verder met de auto kom je aantal km verder bij de toeristische cafes, restaurants, strand etc. Niet voor herhaling vatbaar helaas .

FABULOSA CASA PARA DISFRUTAR EN FAMILIA Y AMIGOS

Fabulosa casa para disfrutar en familia y con amigos. Posibilidad de hacer toda la vida en la calle ya que la zona comedor ya que está perfectamente equipada, como sugerencia hemos echado en falta un frigorífico en esa zona. Un poco de dificultad para comunicarnos con la persona que nos entregó la llaves ya que únicamente hablaba alemán, pero no tuvimos ningún problema durante toda la estancia. Repetiremos.

EXCELLENT SEJOUR

SEJOUR DU 22/08 AU 05/09/2020 Alors par ou commencer, la maison est fantastique rien a dire la piscine est superbe est grande. Le propriétaire est très proche de ces locataires et très réactif en cas de besoin malgré qu'il ne parle pas français il se débrouille pour la traduction. La maison étais très propre a notre arrivé et la remise des clés a étais très rapide avec le gardien et efficace et flexible. La maison est très très bien équipé et tout etais fonctionnel on ne peut manquer de rien a part son maillot de bain pour profité de cette magnifique piscine et ces rebords pour boire un verre dans l'eau ou même se couché sur le bord de la piscine toujours dans l'eau. Je conseille cette maison a 200% et si je devais retourné dans cette région je n'hésiterais pas a faire appelle a ce propriétaire. En parlant de la situation, la maison est très bien situé (en voiture biensur), il y a tout les magasins utile a`5 minute de la maison. La ville de Moreira a 5 minutes également de la maison est juste superbe, une ville remplis de villa et bien évidement aucun bâtiment. Elle est très calme et très jolie. D'ailleurs dommage que le propriétaire n'est pas mis plus et de plus belle photos sur son annonce. Conclusion nos vacances ont étais parfaite et je noterais la maison et son propriétaire a 5* +++++. Ps: Faire attention au moustiques car il sont bien présent le soir MERCI ENCORE.
