Great location! Excellent views and the set up was wonderful for our girls trip. Pool was heated and beautiful. Location on the beach was superb. Beds were a little uncomfortable and beach towels would be nice but overall great stay. Also our original code didn't work for entry and we received great customer service when we called and were given a new code within 30 min.

Great condo with oceanfront view

We loved our stay at the condo! It was a beautiful condo with the perfect amount of room for our family. Right at the beach access. The balcony overlooking the ocean and golf course were our favorite! Our least favorite were the rocks in the ocean - pro tip, bring water shoes for the kids. When you cross the beach access, if you go directly to the left, the rocks aren’t so bad there either. All in all, we loved our stay!

The view from the patio was wonderful, watch the waves and whales and golf all at same time! Pools in community always very clean and well taken care of. Fitness center had all equipment needed.

Our stay was good the condo was nice, the view from the patio was great, the Patio furniture was in bad shape, the legs of the table and legs and arms on the chairs were in bad shape (Rusty).

The condo and the pool/ocean were very nice. We went when it was not very crowded (June 2nd week) which was a plus. The only negative is some of the furnishings need to be replaced worn/broken. Very relaxing and the view was wonderful.

Ocean Hammock

We’ve stayed at another condo on this property before. Also frequently stay at Hammock Beach Resort. This condo size and view was perfect. However the mattresses were very cheap and uncomfortable foam, a beach chair was broken, no beach towels, the dryer was missing a button so you had to stick your finger in to turn on, the second bathroom plumbing made dripping noises as well as a posh screech when toilet flushed. The two bedrooms near the front door were next to the stairs and elevator so at night the sound wasn’t ideal. Also for those bedrooms the blinds did not block the outside hallway lights at night time.

Not very comfortable.

The condo was clean and had a beautiful view from the balcony. The master bedroom mattress is uncomfortable, way too firm. We tried sleeping in the guest bedroom, but that mattress was so soft it swallowed us up. We just couldn't get comfortable while trying to sleep at night. The coach was the same way, just couldn't get comfortable on it. The building was having construction done on it. Not the quite and relaxing vacation we were planning on having!

Clean but not well stocked

The condo unit was clean and nicely decorated. The beds are comfortable. The kitchen was minimally supplied. However, there was nothing to scrub pots and pans, one roll of toilet paper, and one tiny bar of soap for each bathroom. This was our fourth time to stay in Cinnamon Beach and the worst supplied condo unit. The lines to get past the guard house to get into the community get very tiresome. Waiting in line for ten minutes with melting groceries is not appropriate. The guard house needs to be addressed. We love the community, Flagler, and St. Augustine.

Lacking Amenities and privacy

Our family regularly travels to Palm Coast and have rented many different condos in the Cinnamon Beach complex. We love the neighborhood and amenities. This review is for this particular condo only. The condo was clean but the decor was very dated and lacked sufficient lighting inside. There were minimal lamps and with the dark decor and colors it felt like a dungeon which is unusual at the beach. The bedrooms did not have blinds or shutters only sheer curtains so we resorted to putting blankets up on the curtain rods for my children to have privacy as there is a walkway right outside of the windows. Absolutely unacceptable. The dryer was not functional, the start button was broken and it was rusty so I was unable to do laundry. This was the worst condo we have stayed in at Cinnamon Beach by far and I recommend they don’t rent it out until they address the issues I’ve described. There were only a couple of very thin towels in the main bathroom and the pillows were thin and very uncomfortable. The mattresses had memory foam toppers on them which felt like an attempt to disguise the aging mattresses. Cinnamon beach overall is a wonderful and we will return but never to this condo.

Incredible Ocean front and Golf course views

We enjoyed the large veranda to view the ocean and golf course. The angle was protective as the wind was strong while we were there. The condo is spacious, clean and well appointed. Beds all comfortable and plenty of extra pillows & towels. We were pleasantly surprised to have beach chairs, beach towels and an umbrella there. The unit is close to the elevator and undground parking was nice to have. It was a short walk to the pools. The oceanside is adult only and the lakeside is for children with a fun splash pool off to the side. It is a beautiful location and very relaxing. The boardwalk to the beach from the condo building was just steps away from the elevator. It is a beautiful beach. It is not a good swimming area though as there are rocks intermittently along the shoreline. It is a great beach for sitting and watching the ocean or dipping your toes into the water. We went to two other swimming areas further down the beach and just a short drive south of the resort so that was not a problem. There were indications that sea turtles were nesting in a protected area so that was very interesting, A great ice cream place is Twisters in Palm Coast. We have been using VRBO's for over 25 years in numerous places in and out of the states. Working with Vtrips was more of an obstacle than assistance and the requirements for the gate entrance was presented as very intimidating. Communications from Vtrips was redundant, not always clear and did not acknowledge when information was completed and sent to them. We were in the condo and still getting reminders to complete forms we had completed. The on site manger was very responsive when none of the adults could access the WIfi. The info from Vtrips and on the side of the refrigerator had the password in all caps and it only worked in all lower case. All that was minor and once settled, we never had an issue and had a fun, relaxing and very enjoyable vacation in this lovely condominium,

Best Family Vacation We've Taken

This place is more than we'd hoped it would be. The small community environment and cleanliness of the areas and beach were excellent. The beach isn't near as "shelly" as we were expecting and we prefer that sand over the gulf. There were some rocks in the water but if you are a water junky you can get out past them and still catch the waves and have a good time. The condo was very nice and clean. We didn't experience the noise issues that others complained about. We will be coming back!
