Pat's place was exactly as advertised- right on Nelson's main drag and close to everything north and south along Rte. 35. The place was super clean, well-stocked, with many knickknacks and other thoughtful touches. We had the entire house to ourselves and plenty of room to spread out. A/C worked great cause it was hot out there! We would stay here again in a heartbeat. The only thing to be aware of if you come up with another couple(s) is that there is only ONE bathroom- you have been warned!
We had a great stay while in town for a wedding. Pat was quick to respond when we had a question. The home is cute and cozy! Would definitely stay again!
We had four girls for the weekend. Went to Wabasha for the day. Loved the creamery and a couple bars in walking distance. All the details were excellent. Coffee, dish soap, decorations, etc. Highly recommend.
We were in Wabasha partaking in the Grumpy Old Men Festival, and this wonderful house was just a short drive over the bridge to Nelson, and very easy to find. Spacious and exceptionally clean, it worked out perfectly for our visit to the area.
This home is stocked with everything you need, there is plenty of space. The location is great, there’s a nice creamy down the street and an easy drive across the bridge to Wabasha. The sunset out the back was really beautiful too. The bowling alley in Wabasha had really good food!
The house was great! Located 2 blocks from great BBQ and a couple bars. Big garage that we parked our motorcycles in. We enjoyed sitting by the garage watching traffic go by while having a couple cocktails. We would definitely stay here again!!
Lovely home in a beautiful setting. Perfectly decorated and charming. We felt immediately comfortable and welcomed upon arrival. Great spot to escape back to while enjoying a family reunion at The Stone Barn. Thank you so much for sharing your wonderful home with us.
This house was exactly as it listed. It was a great place to stay - cozy and very clean. My friends and I enjoyed the spacious kitchen area with everything we needed to make meals if we wanted. The house was located close to downtown and was very easy to find. The bathroom was clean and the shower was awesome! Would stay here again!
We stayed 2 nights for rummage sales. The house has lots of room, & it’s clean, and cozy. Restaurant a block away. Great view in backyard & patio chairs. Plenty of parking. We enjoyed our stay in Nelson, the town is friendly and welcoming. 😄n
This is a fantastic home with plenty of room. Stayed for three nights and spent mornings fishing and afternoons exploring the area. Would definitely stay hete again. The bathroom gets a little steamy with no exhaust fan but this was not an issue for us. Having access to the garage was great.
