The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights
Leave beds unmade and dishes washed or in the dishwasher cycle.
If used during your stay remove any leftover char or food from the BBQ grill grates. Lower umbrellas.
Check under beds, in sofa cushions, refrigerators and patio area for any devices, food or clothing you may be leaving behind.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Names of Guests required at least 24 hours prior to arrival, along with copies of Driver's License or similar Government ID.
Two Cars max, 1 driveway space on the right, in tandem with garage space on right. No overnight parking between 1am-6am, to avoid fine or tow away.
Noise levels must be kept at a reasonable level throughout the day. We have installed noise monitoring devices in the home for peace of mind.
