Villa Villeta comfortably sleeps 10 in 8 beds. Located in La Quinta, walking distance to Tennis Garden, close to Polo grounds, Coachella, Stagecoach and other Desert venues.
This 4 bedroom+ Bonus room home features 3 Cal King beds each in their own private bedroom.
There are 2 Master suites each with a Cal King bed and two additional Cal King bedrooms.
The Bonus room features a 9 foot pool table, bunk bed with a trundle and a sofa bed. Great room for kids!
Walk up bar for 6 is adjacent to the large living area featuring a 84” 4K, Smart TV, with surround sound.
Back yard features an older large private pool, spa, 4 hole putting green, grassy area, outside dinning, BBQ, and plenty of tanning lounges.
The main floor of the executive home is host to a large chefs gourmet kitchen with new top of the line appliances and a coffee and juice bar.
The large dining area will seat 10 comfortably overlooking the beautiful pool and putting green.
The large living area features a huge new wrap around couch and 85” 4K, Smart TV, with Netflix, You Tube, Prime etc. included. Top off the experience with a great surround sound system, shut the barn doors for complete surround sound experience. Xbox included with games for excellent gaming experience.
The custom walk up bar is also able to view the large 70" TV.
The kitchen and eating area are open to the family room or may be closed off by shutting the custom barn doors.
The laundry room off of the kitchen has new extra large capacity washer and dryer.
The left wing of the home features one of the two large master bedrooms with attached bath over looking the spa and pool. A Cal King bed featuring a pillow top mattress and luxurious bedding. A 43" flat screen TV for your private viewing. Walk-in closet, and dual vanity bathroom is attached behind the sliding barn door for privacy.
There are two more bedrooms and a bath in this wing, the front bedroom features a huge Cal King bed, pillow top mattress with luxurious bedding.
The middle bedroom features a Queen bed with pillow top mattress. Both with mirrored wardrobe doors.
The shared bathroom is complete with a shower/tub combo.
The private 2nd Master bedroom is off the other wing of the house. Boasting a Cal King bed with pillow top mattress and luxurious bedding. A 43" flat screen TV with Netflix for your private viewing. And an additional bathroom.
Upstairs off the main entry is the bonus room. Featuring a regulation size pool table. 75” TV, Bunk beds with a Full mattress and two twin mattress and a sofa bed.
Another Alexa is provided for entertainment while shooting pool.
The back yard oasis features a large pool with two sets of entry steps and a spa. Sitting and lounging areas are ample around the huge pool.
Enjoy evening cocktail, appetizers and BBQ around the outdoor dining table. For the golfers the putting green has four holes to practice your putting. Pool toys, putters, are available for your enjoyment.
There are many grapefruit, lime and lemon trees. Please enjoy your morning with a grapefruit juice at the juice bar.

The Fred Wolff Bear Creek Nature Preserve is a short drive or bike ride away. The majestic Santa Rosa Mountains are literally at the foot of the Preserve.
Adults and children alike will enjoy exploring the natural beauty of the area. Keep your eyes peeled for the sighting of the road runners.
Old Town La Quinta is a short 5 minute drive and is home to a number of boutique stores and restaurants. The world famous La Quinta Resort is a 10 minute drive. It's architecture, grounds, shopping, dining, spa and golf amenities and make it a "must do" experience.

I have been married for 40 years to the man of my dreams. We have 3 wonderful Sons and 5 grandkids. We have always loved entertaining family and friends. This home is an entertainers dream. We have always loved the Desert and are so happy to have a home to vacation in and enjoy here in the Desert paradise. We hope you enjoy Villa Villeta as much as we do .Villa Villeta is walking distance to the Tennis Garden. Around the corner from all the shopping you can imagine from groceries to clothing, restaurants and bars are everywhere. The desert is home to 132 golf courses, try as many as you can while you're here. There are a couple of sets of golf clubs for you to use if yours didn't make the trip.
The Polo ground are a few minutes away and the public is invited often to watch the games. Don't miss the Polo Club restaurant in the Trilogy complex, it is a dinning experience and open to the public. Don't let the gate scare you off! They will let you in to dine!
El Paseo shopping and dining is an experience you can't miss while you're in town. Armando’s has excellent out door patio dining with misters. Food is great!
Coachella and Stagecoach venues are a mere 5-10 minutes away.
It's always fun to go to Palm Springs for shopping, dining and sight seeing. Take the tram up the mountain if there is snow it's a great activity.
My favorite is hanging by the pool watching the kids play and BBQing.

The boys can be watching the game on the large TV lounging on the large couch or hanging at the bar, or putting balls on the green!
I love to cook and create in the large social kitchen while talking and relaxing with family and friends. You can see everything from the kitchen, the pool, family room, dinning room. I love to be in the middle of everything! Everyone always hangs in the kitchen and this kitchen is perfect!
The Pool, Jacuzzi and Putting green pull you outside for playing and relaxing. The pool is great for swimming laps, pool volley ball. It has two set of entry steps and is shallow on both ends, deeper in the middle perfect for a large gathering.
The pool is always cool and refreshing which is great in the desert heat. The backyard has plenty of sun and shade, so you can choose which you prefer.
I love all the pink grapefruit, limes, and lemons from the trees. Plenty for your morning juice at the "Coffee and Juice Bar"! You'll never run out of limes or lemons for your cocktails.
The evening lights are heavenly to sit around and chat the night away.
