Charming and updated bungalow in beautiful Royal Oak. Newly refinished hardwood floors on main floor and both bathrooms have been updated. Brand new remodeled kitchen with new cabinets, granite countertops and flooring. Family room has two patio door walls which open to cemented patio. The entire space is included in this rental. The upstairs is the master bedroom and bath. The washer and dryer is in the basement with supplies.
