Conveniently located to Morning Glory Farm, South Beach, and Downtown Edgartown, the home was designed with entertaining in mind. The first floor features a custom kitchen with granite countertops and stainless steel Bosch appliances that opens to the dining room with seating for ten. The kitchen has a counter with seating for four and there is a screened-in porch with seating for six. The first floor den has a couch, TV, and Peloton for those who want to get a workout in. The first-floor primary bedroom offers a walk-in closet and a large bathroom with double sinks, a tiled shower, and a separate tub. There is also a half bathroom and laundry. On the second floor, there are two bedrooms and two full bathrooms, along with a hangout space. One of the bedrooms has two double beds plus a queen, and the other has one queen bed and one full. The finished lower level features a wet bar, full bathroom, hangout space with a couch and TV, and an additional bed for overflow. Please note that there is no wall separating this space. Additional highlights include a front porch, rear mahogany deck with a grill, and outdoor shower. The professionally landscaped yard offers privacy and space to play games and run around. Pool construction is under way. In addition, the neighborhood has an association tennis court. Come experience all the Vineyard has to offer!

Whistling Swan Caper

Home was larger than we needed; although spacious, light, airy, and main level well made out. Had bikes, beach and fishing gear available, kayaks, although in October didn't use. Had a few early bumps; hot water heaters not working; broken micro-wave; wi- fi; may have stemmed from electrical storm; manager promptly responded. Easy travel to Edgartown and the Island.
