If I could rate it higher I would. The host was responsive, nice, and the apartment was clean and perfect for 2 people! They went above and beyond for our anniversary. Thank you guys!!!
Nothing but great things to say about this property! It is the perfect size for one or two travelers and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The host was very accommodating and always quick to respond to questions. I would recommend this property to anyone!

Thank you for the stay, we look forward to servicing your next stay again!
Ryan was a responsive host and the place was as advertised. Clean, comfortable and convenient for my weekend of skiing and visiting friends in the area. I'd stay again.
Entry was a breeze and secured by multiple automated doors with RFID key. I didn't take advantage of the hot tub and outdoor patio on the 1st floor, but it sure looked inviting. Spacious kitchen and lounge area with plenty of room for you and a partner and small child if necessary.
My partner & I had a great stay at this property. It is a bit no frills inside but easy access to the hot tub, enough pots/pans/utensils to cook as we did. Comfortable bed & quick trip to the Cottonwoods if you are so inclined.
If we find ourselves back in SLC we need not look elsewhere. Pricing was fair & Ryan was easy to contact and helped whenever we found ourselves needing it.

Clean and comfortable. The air freshener is a little overpowering. Parkin can be a little tricky but works fine once you figure it out. Property managers are responsive and helpful.

Thank you for the stay, we look forward to servicing your next stay again!
The unit was nice. The cleaning crew missed a few things but nothing that bothered me too much and the patio could use a couple chairs. I liked the community outdoor area, just wish it didn't close so early.
We arrived at the property and had no way to get in. The host left no key or garage card. We had to call the host and it went voicemail. We called back and Ryan answered and had to call someone to buzz us in. By the time we got our belongings the inside door was locked so we had back again to get buzzed in. Once we got to the unit we were told the garage card and key should be on the kitchen counter. We could not find it anywhere and had to call the host again. He didnt know where it was so we searched the unit and found the card and the key in the bedroom desk drawer. We then had to go back to the street and get our vehicle to pull in the garage. As soon as we arrived we attempted to use the TV to watch the University of Utah Bowl game played in Vegas and was on local television. The TV was not working and we had to call the host and spent at least 45 minutes on the phone trying to make the TV work so I could have friends over to watch the game. The host had us face time time him so he could look at the TV remote and TV to figure out why it would not work. After a very long phone conversation (and I have the phone records) He was unable to assist us in getting the TV to work. The game was starting at 5:30 and I had to call my friends and tell them to cancell the watch party due to the TV not working. I finally had to find the game through the computer on a virused up web site which took a very long time and I was fortunate to be able to at least get the game

It is evident to us that you never had the intention of staying at our property and paying the agreed-upon amount when you made the booking. Your claims, ranging from missing keys (which were on the counter) to TV issues, were false. We have clearly specified that our smart TVs are meant for streaming services like Hulu, Netflix, or YouTube. However, we do not provide any special channels, and connecting to them must be done by guests themselves to view their preferred shows.
As for your second claim, you asserted that we didn't provide you with shampoo. However, when your wife sent us a video asking for compensation, she stood there pouring out all our shampoo. Please refrain from sending evidence of yourselves committing a crime when attempting to falsify someone.
What we find unacceptable is your private text demanding full compensation for your stay after being three days into your 4-day reservation, with the condition that you would give us a positive review in return. Upon our refusal, you proceeded to damage our property, breaking our blinds, dish washing machine, TV remote, putting holes in our sheets, staining our carpets, and damaging all our kitchenware. Your behavior is destructive, and we will be providing evidence to VRBO to ensure your removal from the community, protecting other hosts."
This is a great host! We needed a last minute place to stay downtown while we finished renovating our our condo. We stumbled upon this place and it ended up being the perfect fit for us! It was completely furnished and had everything we needed to be comfortable for the time being. We ended up extending our stay and stayed for a few months. Ryan was always very accommodating and replied to any questions we had right away. I would definitely recommend staying here! The neighbors are friendly and definitely make sure you try Free Wheeler pizza located right outside the front door. This place has everything, don’t hesitate to book! 😊
Was a seamless check in. The property was extremely clean and in a fantastic location. Super easy to get in and out of and close to all the great amenities in downtown Salt Lake.
I recommend this place for an economy SLC stay in a nice apartment. I was getting my daughter to The U for the school year so the first night with her 3 huge bags harder due to your initial entry needs - up to get the parking pass & room fob then park spot being a few floors from place, so know that, but she took all that with her next day and I had a small bag so easy from there. There are walkable restaurants & coffee and the apt itself basic yet very well appointed. Bed super comfortable and place quiet.
Ryan very attentive and took care of all my questions fast. I was happy with the stay.
Clean, Safe and Secure and no issues. I stayed for a week and was comfortable - its in a great location (next to Crown Burger is bad for my diet, but a plus for the location) and near the office building I needed to be near. Lots within walking distance, but the parking spot really helps out.
I had some questions during check-in and host was very quick to respond. Also, I arrived later than expected due to traffic and host waited for my arrival to buzz me into building.
All in all, a great place and I would stay again when I return.
Excellent 1 bed apartment In Quiet building near downtown. This place is exactly as advertised, close to downtown and has all amenities you would need for a short stay. I was in town on business for a few days and found it quiet and easy to get a good nights sleep. Would definitely recommend for singles or couples wanting to be close to downtown and would definitely stay again. Asked the host to check in a couple of hours early and he responded quickly and positively. Thanks Ryan.
I felt right at home and in my zone feeling like I had privacy with the space that was offered. I slept very well and loved the remotes to turn on the lights and fan. I loved how close it was to walk to locations that are downtown. The host was amazing answering questions and helping me check in properly.
I come to Salt Lake every year for a business convention and it’s always nice to find a place that is affordable and clean. This apartment was both!
The check in process was a bit frustrating with trying to find my way to the apartment and the parking spot. The building set up is a bit confusing (not Ryan’s fault). Not all of the elevators take you to from the 2nd floor where the apartment is to the garage where your car will be parked. There was a bit of a learning curve to figure that out. The tenants that lived there were all really helpful and nice.
The apartment itself was great! Clean, miserably decorated, comfortable and Ryan was really awesome with responding quickly.
Being that it is a new VRBO, it had very minimal kitchen supplies but I was easily able to cook what I had for my stay there.
The bed was comfortable.
The pillows were a bit firm for me (I always bring my own pillow anyway).
Their was a steamer available to use by not iron board and iron- so for those that need to do ironing for business trips- you’ll need to get by with the steamer or the dryers has an iron setting.
The one odd thing was that the temperature could not be set lower than 72 degrees (Ryan explained that the apartments have a challenge with their air conditioner freezing up if people set it below 72.) I was there when it was close to 100° outside. No problem- the apartment still felt perfectly comfortable with the ceiling fans going.
The building is super quiet and having the reserved parking spot in the private garage was so nice to have.
It was a 4-5 min drive to Salt Palace. 20 min walk. The block the apartment is on and the few blocks surrounding are decent but I was not comfortable as a single deaf woman walking to Salt Palace personally.
I did notice there is a large rent it your self bike station set up right out front next to the apartment so that is a great option as well if you didn’t want to drive.
There were lots of people walking their dogs on the block so it seemed like a nice safe neighborhood.
It really does have a great location if you are there for business in the downtown area or the temples. I would definitely stay here again if it’s just me or as a couple. It’s a great apartment!
