This is a beachfront corner unit located in the Gulfview Building overlooks a white sandy beach and the Gulf of America. Because it's located on the corner not only do you get breathtaking beach views, but you also get these amazing Island views. This is a sharp looking 2-bedroom 2 bath condo with a full kitchen. The dining area is in a nook where you have a wraparound window with incredible city views. It has motorized blinds throughout the condo. The living room set is brand new and features a sleeper sofa for extra guests. There is a King Bed in the Master along with full bath, plenty of closet/drawer space, beach views, and a tv. The guest bedroom features 2 twin beds, tv, and views. The Gulfview building amenities include heated pool, full gym, covered parking, tennis & pickle ball courts, and a private beach entrance. Not only is the Gulfview building located on the beach it is close to shopping, restaurants, and plenty of activities.
