Our condo is perfectly situated on the 19th floor at Phoenix Orange Beach II with incredible panoramic views of the Gulf!! We also have a keyless entry door lock so you do not have to keep up with any keys during your stay! You can enjoy a spectacular view of the Gulf from the balcony or through the floor-to-ceiling windows in the Living room and Master bedroom. With over 1,550 sq ft the unit is very spacious, newly furnished and new to the rental market!!



Amenities are abundant at this Phoenix Orange Beach II condo: the unit is appointed with full-size appliances, wet bar with ice maker, 85” flat screen SMART TV with surround sound in the living room and a flat screen 55" SMART TV in the master, and a 55" Smart TV in the 2nd bedroom, laundry room with full size washer and dryer. There is a King bed in the Master, two Queen beds in the 2nd bedroom, two chair twin beds in the living room for sleeping up to 8.



There is an awesome zero entry outdoor pool with a water slide which connects to a lazy river, large splash pad, heated in-door swimming pool, a large Jacuzzi, state-of-the-art fitness center overlooking the Gulf.



There is a 25 year old minimum age limit to reserve the unit which will be enforced with no refund for violation.

Parking: Parking passes are a one time fee of $65 plus tax per vehicle. You will receive an email prior to your arrival to purchase the passes and will then be picked up at the front desk upon arrival. Any 2br unit you rent at Phoenix Orange Beach II guarantees you can purchase up to TWO parking passes, the front desk will sell you additional passes based on the occupancy of the complex during your stay but do not expect an extra pass during the summer season.

Beautiful condo, very spacious, clean with good amenities and a great view from the patio. No issues or problems with property. The only issue that we had was the property manager did not send us check in information prior to the check in time; however once contacted, he provided it to us. Beautiful Beachfront Stay

This property is very beautiful and well maintained. I think its nicest feature is the beautiful view. My family and I enjoyed sitting out on the patio and listening to the waves. I think that it had everything that our family of 4 needed. The gym in the facility was convenient for our use as well.

The condo was spacious, clean, well decorated, and extremely stocked with kitchenware. Loved the separate wet bar and ice machine, it definitely came in handy. The balcony was cozy with the couch. Beaches were beautiful and not too crowded. Overall it was a great stay!

Access to the beach is super eas, with hoses and showers on the boardwalk to get the sand off on the way out. Parking was super easy, check in was smooth! They have large shopping carts available to pack your belongings in and out, which was wonderful. Both the indoor and outdoor pools were very clean, and well maintained. Will be back!!!

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great location, convenient for shops and resturants. Has a lot to offer in kitchen appliances and dishes, cups, glasses. Furniture is not comfortable, patio furniture was not good for dining on balcony. A table and chairs on balcony would be a great option to take in the Gulf while snacking, drinking, di ing or relaxing g would have been a better option. Second bedroom furniture left very little room to move and we kept hitting our legs on the footboard. Great condo but the furniture choices were practice choices. Building was very clean and quiet. Parking was always close to lobby and elevators. All elevators were working and clean. Very safe and very clean.
