Colony Villas 1403 is a beautiful and cleanly designed 2-bedroom townhome located in the acclaimed Waikoloa Beach Resort. This spacious townhome is located in a quiet community only a short drive away from the ocean, coastal trails and sandy beaches. Enjoy sunset dinners from your outdoor lanai on the world-famous "Beach Nine" golf fairway, or take a short drive to Lava Lava Beach Club for lunch on the sand. The nearby Colony Villas amenity center has a large pool, hot tub and outdoor BBQ spaces for guests to enjoy. The master bedroom is located upstairs and has a king bed, HDTV & en-suite bathroom with a soaking tub and separate walk-in shower. The second bedroom is also located upstairs and has a queen size bed, HDTV & en-suite bathroom with a tub/shower combo. Downstairs is a spacious living room with loft ceilings, a large HDTV & sofa bed, a full kitchen, dining room and a half bathroom.

Amenities include wireless internet access at no additional charge, central air conditioning, ceiling fans for natural ventilation, fully equipped kitchen with granite counter tops and dishwasher, washer and dryer with detergent provided, iron and ironing board and hair dryer.

The condo was comfortable and roomy since it was just the two of us. It's nice that it was close to the pool/hot tub. We got the wrong code to enter, but the good news is someone is available to help by phone. We have stayed in this resort before. It's nice to be able to walk to the King/Queens shops or beach if desired. The pool was closed for half our stay but that's not the host's fault. We were so lucky to have been present when the volcano was active! I am always grateful when there are beach gear to borrow too.

Yes it was welcoming despite trying t.o bring in our bags early. I took a couple of calls but was handled well. There were threes lights not working and the one in the washer/dryer was a problem. Someone tried to hide a broken knife with scotchtap.Two issues. There was unsufficiant lighting especially in master bedroom. It was a very dark room. Even the bed lamps had very dark shade. The pillows needed to be changed out. Uneven loft, stained, and just not in great shape,
