Welcome to our spacious 2 bedroom/2 bathroom premium ground floor villa overlooking the fourth hole of the Robert Trent Jones II-designed Waikoloa Lakes Golf Course. The Fairway Villas complex is a part of the Waikoloa Beach Resort area, located just 20 minutes north of the Kona International Airport, and is a central and ideal location from which to explore and enjoy the vast beauty and diversity of the Big Island. You'll enjoy the best weather on the island, and will be just minutes from the top beaches, as well as numerous cultural attractions, shops, entertainment, luaus, and a wide variety of restaurants.
The Waikoloa Fairway Villas is an exquisite gated complex tucked away on the private shores of King's Lake, that boasts gorgeous landscaping, a beautiful infinity pool, lava rock spa, fitness center, and central gas grilling area. The intriguing petroglyph trail is right outside the complex, and Kings' Shops and the Queens' Marketplace are a brief walk away, offering Starbucks, numerous restaurants and dining options, upscale shops, a weekly Farmer's Market, and entertainment. Anaeho’omalu Bay, also known as A-Bay, is a 10-minute walk or 3-minute drive from your front door and is great for swimming, snorkeling, and sunning. There are so many opportunities close by and there is something for everyone!
Our villa is located in the extremely quiet and private I building, and has perfect sunset views from the lanai. Located on the ground floor, the villa allows you to expand your outdoor living space to the grassy area beyond the lanai. This creates a very spacious and private feel to your villa. No stairs or waiting for an elevator!
Our villa sleeps four comfortably. The master suite features a king size bed, smart TV, ceiling fan, dual sinks, a separate oversized soaking tub, glass enclosed shower, and walk-in closet. The guest room also has a king size bed, ceiling fan, TV and DVD player, and an adjacent full-size bathroom.
The well-stocked kitchen features stainless appliances, cherry wood cabinets, and gorgeous granite countertops. All small appliances, pots and pans, dishware and cookware are included. The dining area is a delightful place for in-unit dining as an alternative to dinner on the lanai.
The living area is furnished in new upscale tropical décor and opens onto the lanai overlooking the golf course. Enjoying morning coffee or an evening cocktail on the lanai may become a highlight of your visit!
We have provided all the gear you'll need for a perfect day at the beach, including beach towels, chairs, boogie boards, a cooler, and an umbrella.
Other villa amenities include: full size washer/dryer, hairdryers, bed and bath linens, iron and ironing board, air-conditioning, high speed wireless internet, cable TV, and Ring doorbell at entrance of condo.
To fully experience all the Big Island has to offer, we recommend a rental car.
There is a 5 night minimum stay. Please inquire about special rates for stays of 10 nights or more. This is a non-smoking and no-pet property. Enjoy the island and our home. Our on island concierge is on call for your convenience.
MAINTENANCE NOTICE: The complex will begin a community-wide exterior painting project in September 2026. Our building (Building I) is scheduled for painting April 14, 2027 – May 15, 2027, when guests may experience some daytime construction activity. Outside of these dates, impact is expected to be minimal.

This place was amazing! The listing is exactly as described and great for couples or a family of 4. You are close to the pool, shops, and about a 15 minute walk to the beach. We cooked every morning and several nights and had all the kitchen appliances we needed. Including coffee and a hot water kettle. They also provide beach chairs, snorkels, and more! Couldn’t have asked for a better stay. Mahalo!!
The condo was exactly what we were looking for on this trip. I really appreciated all the kitchen items and the screen on the front door that allowed the trade winds to go through the house. I would definitely stay here again, and am looking forward to our next stay.
This condo is beautifully maintained. Walking distance to shops,restaurants and of course A Bay and the shore walk.it’s an easy drive to Puako snd wonderful snorkeling in a small bay. Communication with the owners and their local manager is very straightforward . We have stayed in this condo before and hope to return.

We came in to race the 70.3 Ironman and the accommodations were everything we needed to have a successful and enjoyable trip. The property had everything we needed and the checkin and checkout process was easy. Convenient parking and close to plenty of shops and restaurants.

Beautiful condo, with all the amenities for your stay on the Big Island. Excellent location by the Waikoloa Beach Resort Queens Marketplace, Kings Shops and the picturesque A-Bay (Anaeho'omalu Bay). The condo was nicely decorated, the kitchen was well equiped and they provided lots of beach gear and towels. Nice area outback to sit and watch the sunset or sip coffee in the morning's. Great location to drive over to Hilo and Volcanoes National Park, drive south to Kailua-Kona and Kealakekua or drive north to Waimea or Kapa'au.
This condo was very comfortable. The kitchen was well supplied with dishes and everything. My favorite area was the lanai where I enjoyed a cup of tea every morning of our stay.

They have thorough arrival instructions, great directions to the condo, clear departure instructions and are very timely responding if you have a question or issue. As I wrote in the condo journal, everything was top quality: furniture, silverware, towels, decor. We really enjoyed being on the ground floor and watching the day skies open from the lanai. We love Waikoloa location and enjoyed introducing the Big Island to our friends.
A wonderful 10 day trip to the Big Island. Condo and location absolutely perfect .instructions clear and we never need to contact manager. Owners sent a message to warn us of siren test which was very thoughtful. Recommend this rental to anyone wanting a great vacation
Great property. Very clean. Well stocked kitchen. Plenty of linens and towels. Amazing sunsets from the Lanai. Unit is at end of compound, so less noise and traffic. Excellent supply of beach accessories. Great tech as far as wide screen TV and fast/ reliable WiFi. Great communications with owner and property manager. We highly recommend staying at this unit.
This property was in excellent shape with a seriously equipped kitchen. Imagine six cutting boards! The only downside to this property is there is no designated outdoor smoking area.

This was our 2nd winter in I-4. We enjoy it very much. It is very clean and well kept with many kitchen and beach accessories. We love the golf course view and the beautiful sunsets. It is convenient to shopping, beaches and restaurants. Some in walking distance. It also is a very peaceful complex and very safe. We look forward to our return next winter. Aloha!!

We aren't clear what rules or fines you may be referring to, as we did not have any communication or contact about this topic before, during or after your visit. Our condo complex does have a strict "no smoking " policy, as well as common safety rules for pool and gym usage. Thank you again for staying with us!
I thoroughly enjoyed staying at this beautiful ground-floor condo with another couple. Being on the ground floor made check-in and check-out a breeze, and everyday tasks like trips to the pool, grocery runs, or taking out the garbage were so much easier without having to wait for the elevator. While we did occasionally hear some light footsteps from above, it never disrupted our sleep. The condo was fully equipped with everything we needed, and any communication with the owners was promptly and thoughtfully handled. We were all very impressed with the property and would happily book it again!”
There were many small things that warrant their 5 star rating, but I have to mention the comfy bed in the master bedroom. It really was exceptionally comfortable- and my body is very picky. Normally, I need to purchase a topper to use when I check in places, but didn’t bring one this time around. I was a little worried, but once my body hit that mattress, I was ready for sleep. Thank you for you for that little detail that means so much!

We are a North Idaho couple that love to escape the cold and snow in the fall and winter with a visit to paradise, otherwise known as the Big Island. We discovered Lava Lava Beach Club our first night on the island and watched whales breach right off the beach, and it was the beginning of a beautiful love story!
Why they chose this property
We purchased this vacation villa with the goal of sharing our love of the island with others. We fell in love with the beauty and diversity of the island and all that it has to offer: show-stopping beaches, rain forests, volcanoes, amazing culture and history, and fabulous weather. After several vacations on the Big Island we decided that the Waikoloa Beach Resort area was a central and ideal location from which to explore. We love that this complex is within walking distance to wonderful dining options, shopping, entertainment, golfing, and a wonderful beach.
