The house has a large covered terrace and a sun terrace where you can drink a glass of wine and the view
to enjoy the beautiful Palatinate, even in the upper garden, you have a panoramic view to Heidelberg.

There is a fully equipped kitchen with dining room, living room with flat screen TV.

The bathroom has a freestanding bath and a walk-in shower - located on the ground floor

 3 bedrooms - 1 with bunk beds and an extra toilet. Wooden staircase to the upper floor and cloakroom.

for 4 people, the house is ideal - if you do not mind can sleep 6 - 8 people (2 sofa beds)

Just behind the house about 50 meters already begins the trail in the Palatinate Forest or you take your bike and drive

through the endless vineyards of the Vorderpfalz. Numerous excursions are available at Speyer, Strasbourg, Heidelberg etc.

Die Wohnung ist schön gelegen. Tolle Aussicht, besonders am Schorlebänkel! Viel Platz im Wohn-, Ess-, Kochbereich und Bad. Die Schlafsituation ist nicht ganz so geräumig und ein Zimmer ist ein Durchgangszimmer. Aber insgesamt hatten wir eine sehr schöne Zeit dort.

Super Aussicht

Die Lage des Hauses ist toll. Von der Terrasse hat man eine tolle Aussicht. Die Badewanne im schönen großen Bad ist prima. Beim Duschen muss man darauf achten das Bad nicht zu überfluten, da das Wasser in der barrierefreien Dusche schlecht abläuft. Achtung, die Toilettenspülung spritzt. Unsere Fahrräder haben wir zum Abstellen über Nacht auf die Terrasse getragen, da ums Haus herum dafür kein geeigneter Platz ist. Zwischen dem Elternschlafzimmer und dem Stockbettzimmer ist nur eine Schiebetür, die nicht richtig schließt. Ausgestattet ist das Haus sehr gut, allerdings war für unseren Geschmack nicht ganz sauber geputzt. Wünschenswert wäre ein Ordner mit wichtigen Informationen und Tipps, z.B. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (tatsächlich geöffnete Bäcker), Mülltrennung, Apotheke und Restaurants. Insgesamt waren wir sehr zufrieden.

Schönes Haus in toller Lage

Das Haus liegt sehr schön. Für mehr als zwei Erwachsene ist das Haus m.E. weniger geeignet, da ein Schlafzimmer kein Fenster hat und das Kinderzimmer ein Durchgangsraum ist. Die Küchenausstattung ist etwas dürftig. Aber ansonsten war es ein phantastischer Urlaub und wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder

Ferienhaus mit Traumblick

Gemütliche Unterkunft mit guter Ausstattung. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Von der Terrasse hat man eine herrliche Sicht ins Tal. Das Haus ist ruhig gelegen und befindet sich am Ende der Straße am Berg.

Herbsttraum

Selbst im November kann man die Überdachte Terrasse noch genießen. Und auch ohne Auto zu benutzen (lecker Wein) kann man super von der Haustür aus los Wandern. Und die Pfälzer Gemütlichkeit erfährt man überall. Darum „Zum Wohl die Pfalz“ wir kommen wieder

Tolles Ferienhäuschen in bester Lage

Wir haben den Aufenthalt im Ferienhaus sehr genossen. Die Lage ist wunderschön, die große Terrasse lädt zum Verweilen und Entspannen ein! Die Einrichtung ist toll gewählt und die Ausstattung ist top! Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Traumhafter Blick

Wir hatten mit Freunden einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt. Die beiden Terrassen sind wunderschön und man hat einen traumhaften Blick ins Tal. Der obere Stock ist wie auf den Bildern beschrieben. Der Schlafbereich ist teilweise etwas stickig und dunkel, anders als auf den Bildern. Insgesamt empfehlen wir diese Unterkunft.

Wieder sehr schön

Wir waren jetzt zum zweiten Mal in dem schönen Ferienhaus. Alles wieder super. Antwort vom Vermieter bei Fragen kommt immer sehr schnell. Bei Regen draußen sitzen durch die Überdachung der Terasse. Und dieses Mal haben wir auch noch die Bushaltestelle ganz in der Nähe entdeckt. Die hilft einem nach einer langen Wanderung entspannt zurück zum Haus gelangen. Nächstes Jahr kommen wir bestimmt wieder.

Zwei Wochen Pfalz

Ein hübsches Haus mit einem grandiosen Blick in die Rheinebene, eine überdachte Terrasse um auch bei Gewitterregen draußen sitzen zu können, eine absolut ruhige Lage am Ende der Sackgasse, die Wanderwege rund um's Weinbiet in unmittelbarer Nähe vom Haus... das war was wir wollten. Wir haben uns hier rundum wohl gefühlt und sind gut erholt wieder nach Hause gefahren. Absolut empfehlenswert! Ruth und Manfred aus Augsburg

Schöne fewo

Ideal für ein Pärchen. Nicht empfehlenswert für 6 Personen wie ausgeschrieben. Es gibt nur ein Badezimmer und nicht zwei wie angegeben. Und es fehlt eine Tür beim Schlafzimmer. Aber tolle Terrasse und schönes Wohnzimmer. Zum Wohlfühlen und Genießen. Und gute Wanderungen von hier aus möglich. Auch nette Restaurants in der Nähe.

Hallo Herr Kimmel schön das es gefallen hat im großen ganzen ! wir haben auch schon 8 Gäste denen es auch gut gefallen hat - in unserer Beschreibung steht schon als Empfehlung 4 Personen , aber es gibt Gäste die mögen es auch enger - lach . in der Beschreibung steht ein Bad und ein Gäste WC ?

Ruhig gelegenes Ferienhaus

Das Haus liegt sehr ruhig. Man hört fast nur die Vögel singen. Die Küchenausstattung ist sehr gut und die Wohnung ist sehr geflegt und schön eingerichtet. Das Badezimmer ist der Hit. Eine zweite Gartenliege wäre schön gewesen und man sollte wissen das der Kühlschrank kein Gefrierfach hat. Ansonsten können wir das Haus nur weiter empfehlen. Zum Glück haben wir schon eine Reservierung für den Herbst und kommen gerne wieder.
