Historical villa - modern holiday apartment! A skillfully designed apartment awaits you on the first floor of the house and offers space for 2 adults and 1 infant (up to 3 years) in a travel bed. The light-flooded living area with fireplace and a view of the spacious southwest balcony invites you to relax. The adjoining kitchen and dining area is fully equipped. In the bedroom with double bed (1,80m x 2m) you will find a second Flat-TV. This is complemented by the bathroom with shower and WC. A child travel bed can be placed in this apartment only in the living area. On request, we can provide a children's travel bed (without additional mattress & bedding) and a high chair for our little guests. For your comfort, the beds are covered on arrival and towels are provided.
There is a parking space for each holiday apartment. In the cellar of the house a washing machine and a dryer are available for a fee. The WLAN network in the apartment can be used free of charge.

Die Wohnung ist wunderschön eingerichtet und lädt wirklich zum entspannen ein! Etwas schade ist, dass der Kamin nur genutzt werden kann, wenn man sich selbst Holz mitbringt. Das sollte man irgendwo erwähnen. Ebenfalls toll wäre es, wenn man zumindest eine weitere Mülltüte hätte oder einen weiteren Mülleimer für Mülltrennung. Bei einem Appartment mit einer so reichhaltigen Auswahl an verschiedenen Tassen und Tellern könnte man überlegen auch Küchen Basics wie Salz und Pfeffer oder Öl zur Verfügung zu stellen. Alles in allem ist es eine schöne und gut gepflegte Wohnung! ☺️

Wir waren bereits das zweite Mal in der Ferienwohnung und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Im großen ganzen ist die Wohnung und die Lage top. Allerdings hätte ich noch ein paar kleine Verbesserungsvorschläge.- die Kissen und Bettdecken könnten mal wieder ausgetauscht werden da sie ziemlich vergilbt waren- zeitgemäß könnte Smart TV installiert werden (für Mediathek, Amazon, Netflix)-- wünschenswert wäre es auch wenn das Spiegel-Licht im Bad funktionieren würde (wir haben es zumindest auch nach vielen Versuchen nicht geschafft) und Seife vorhanden wäre

Toller Urlaub

Unser Aufenthalt in der FeWo war schön. Die Zimmer waren liebevoll eingerichtet. Der Weg im Schlafzimmer zum Badezimmer war zwar etwas eng aber ok. In den Betten konnte man auch gut schlafen. Da das Wetter besser war als angesagt, konnten wir sogar den Balkon nutzen.

Perfekt ausgestattetes Appartment in charmanter Villa und bester Strandnähe, absolut ruhig gelegen. Großzügige Terrasse mit Sonne ab dem Nachmittag, heller offener Wohnbereich mit Kamin. Parkettböden. Tolle Küche. Viel Schrankfläche im Schlafzimmer. Bequemes Bett. Alles sehr einladend und durchdacht. Unkomplizierte Kommunikation. Komme gern wieder.

Wir hatten sehr schönes Winterwetter.Das haben wir auch voll genutzt, waren sehr viel unterwegs. Die Wohnung war sehr schön und wunderbar warm. Nur den Keller fand ich etwas gruselig.

Autorenhaus Wohnung 12

Wir waren dieses Jahr zum 2.Mal auf Usedom und wurden in einem wunderbaren,frisch renovierten und gut ausgestattet Apartment begrüßt. Die Lage ist zentral zum Strand,Promenade und auch die Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind fussläufig in kurzer Zeit sehr gut zu erreichen. Besonders gefallen hat uns auch die Tiefgarage mit zugewiesenem Parkplatz,so dass eine lange Parkplatzsuche umgehen worden konnte. Auch das Abstellen der Fahrräder war dort geschützte und sicher. Das Apartment ist sehr gut aufgeteilt,ein toller langer Balkon und das Haus ist sehr ruhig. Wir kommen gerne wieder und bedanken uns für den übertragenden Service!

Soweit gut. Kamin ja-aber kein Brennmaterial Stühle auf dem Balkon ja-aber kein Sitzkissen Es müsste , um den guten Standard zu halten, dann eben auch mal was gemacht werden. z.B. Silikon Dusche außen, Halterung für Seifenspender reparieren oder demontieren, Einige Bodenfließen im Bad werden sich bald lösen…

Eine schöne Wohnung in toller Lage.Gerne wieder.

Alles in allem ein schöner Urlaub in einer tollen Unterkunft. Schlüsselübergabe war gut gelöst und hat gut geklappt. Das Aussenlicht am Balkon ging nicht, wird aber hoffentlich nach Rücksprache mit dem Eigentümer bald repariert.

Schöne Wohnung in Top Lage

Die Wohnung ist 50m vom Strand entfernt. Das war vor allem mit einem Kleinkind einfach ideal. Die Austattung bietet alles, was man braucht. Dazu kommt noch der Tiefgaragenstellplatz. Wir waren super zufrieden und kommen gerne wieder.

strandnaher Urlaub

wir verbrachten eine Woche im April in diesem wunderschönen alten neu hergerichteten Haus. Es fehlte an nichts, man konnte von Tag eins die Zeit und die Erholung genießen. Zum Strand nur über die Straße und zentral gelegen zu allen anderen Aktivitäten. Gerne kommen wir wieder.
