You can’t get any closer to the beach than in this beautifully remodeled beachfront condo. From the moment you walk in, all your cares will wash away and you will be overcome with the feeling of tranquility. Being right on the beach with no road to cross is a huge plus and a big part of what makes this condo so special. The unobstructed views from the kitchen, living area and master bedroom are absolutely stunning! No expense has been spared to make this a memorable and relaxing stay for you. Sip your morning coffee in the Adirondak chairs on the beautifully tiled balcony while watching seagulls, pelicans, and the occasional dolphin. The ultimate way to start your day.

You will enjoy the tasteful furnishings and decor as well as the fully stocked kitchen, including stainless steel appliances and everything you need to cook, bake and prepare whatever your heart desires (coffee maker, toaster oven, Ninja blender, etc.). Enjoy the luxury vinyl plank flooring (and no carpet). To add to your vacation experience, there are 8 Tommy Bahama beach chairs and 2 umbrellas, children’s beach toys, a boogie board, and a cart to carry it all to the beach. That is in addition to three flat screen TVs, Wi-Fi access, and games for your indoor entertainment as well. Additionally, be sure and take advantage of our high-powered binoculars for watching the sea life and passing ships. Of course, linens and towels are provided for you, and if you forget your beach towel, no problem; we’ve got you covered.

Seascape Condos: Seagull Splendor, Unit 1109

Seascape is just west of the seawall and right on the beach. Just a short drive to Moody Gardens, Schlitterbahn, and Pleasure Pier.

Guests will enjoy access to the entire condo and all of the Seascape amenities.

Seascape amenities include: direct beach access, large heated pool, children's pool, 2 hot tubs, BBQ pits, picnic tables, full-size coin-operated washer/dryers (one floor up), covered parking and a security guard.

Perfect location to the beach!

We had a wonderful stay! The condo had everything we needed, and was very cozy! Our 2 year old loved the bunk beds. This is the best location in my opinion! The beach is right out your window, no need to cross the Seawall. We will be staying here for future trips!

Perfect Vacation

We come to Galveston often and have stayed at other condos at this location and we all agree this condo has been our absolute favorite! We had a blast….loved all of the extras they provided we had everything we needed and more! I highly recommend this condo and we will for sure be coming back!

Much needed getaway

Beautiful views!

We loved being able to watch our kids play on the beach right from the balcony! The heated pool and multiple hot tubs were a family favorite. The space was so comfortable we even stayed in as a family and had a popcorn and movie night on the couch with the doors open listening to the sounds of the ocean. So many memories created here, we will definitely be back!

Great Location

Loved the location, ease to the beach. Pool was great. Staff on the property were all kind. Exactly what we were expecting and more. Kitchen is fully stocked and not just mismatched items like I've seen at other rentals. The beach gear was awesome, and such a gift that we didn't have to pack all of that with us.

Beautiful and Perfect!

Love, love love this place!! Hosts kept the place in beautiful condition. The view - as amazing as promised by the pictures - the beds, great - the access to beach - no street to navigate - so rare - love that! All the little extras, the beach chairs, wagon, games - so many things that helped make the stay effortless and nice - very appreciated. I would absolutely recommend. One small note - I was surprised by the parking allowing only one car, with another parking permit by request - just need to plan for that if like me you have family - my daughter and her family had a separate car. But the gate guard was super nice - it all worked out for us. We came for a birthday at a nearby beach and the weekend trip made some great family memories!

Beautiful, Beachfront Getaway

There really are no words to describe how wonderful Phylis and John’s beachfront getaway is. Where do I even begin: the awe-inspiring view of the Gulf from the living room and master, the breathtaking sunrise and sunset right from your balcony, the uncrowded beach only steps away for walking or swimming, the glorious heated pool and 2 hot tubs (kiddie pool too), having everything you need for the beach (chairs, umbrellas, towels, toys, and a cart to carry it all), the cleanliness and decor, or the gracious communicative hosts? This is a serious must stay if you are looking to be directly on the beach and have everything you could possibly need. We will be back!

Great Place to Stay!!!

If you are looking for a vacation place in Galveston, you have found what you are looking for!! We were lucky enough to stay here and celebrate our 50th Anniversary! The view from the balcony is amazing - it is an unobstructed view of the Gulf and we spent a good deal of time watching the waves and the kites flying on the beach! The condo is extremely comfortable - we both slept really well. The condo was located right on the beach and the check-in process was painless and there was plenty of covered parking. There is a bunk bed unit in the front of the condo that we are already thinking of returning with the grandkids. John and Phyllis were welcoming and kept in contact to see if we were needing anything at all. Best anniversary ever!!!

Fun weekend getaway

My friend from out of town had never been to Galveston, so we took a girls trip. Communication with John and Phyllis was excellent! The only thing we did not expect (and this was our fault for not looking on the community calendar) was that our visit coincided with the biggest motorcycle rally in North America. So it was quite loud at night because many other guests played music on their bikes and revved their engines, so we will plan to return a different weekend in the future! The condo itself was immaculate and beautifully organized. We especially enjoyed the views from the balcony/lanai. The pool area was also clean and surprisingly uncrowded with a choice of 3 hot tubs. Would absolutely return!

We loved the ocean view- so relaxing to be able ton watch from the patio or from inside. Direct beach access was wonderful, allowed me to go out on the beach to watch the sunrise while other family members slept. The place was spotless. The beds were sooo comfortable and the condo had everything we needed and more (beach chairs, cart, games, binoculars, plenty of TP, kitchen stocked, paper towels, dish tabs etc. Luggage carts and elevator made luggage transport very easy. Hosts are amazing-very kind and quick to respond to several questions. Thank you so much for sharing your place with us!

We loved the ocean view. (We also saw a dolphin, bunnies and birds!) Loved the beds - bed in the wall, king size and queen sized beds were perfect for us. The kids really loved the pool as well as the ocean swimming.
