Lovely location with a back porch that has direct views to the Fall River. Bonus with such easy access to RMNP and downtown Estes Park. Would definitely stay again.
Apartment is super clean, everything we would need was provided. Location is excellent and its right on the river. About a mile from Fall River Entrance of RMNP.Easy access to Estes Park via 34. One of the best Vacation homes we have stayed. Definitely would book again.
The location is amazing! My kids had a blast playing in the river, we spent hours just sitting outside taking in all the beauty. The condo was clean, well stocked with items we need and it was seriously darling. It reminded me of staying at my grandma's when I was a kid. Definitely recommend!
We loved our stay! Such a cozy place! Location is so convenient to RMNP and Estes Park. It’s tucked away, quiet location is a perfect place for a get away! The entire place was thoughtfully stocked and clean!
We enjoyed this property! It was very clean and well stocked. Being creekside was lovely. I left an item behind and was contacted immediately and the owner worked with me to mail it. Would definitely stay here again.

We absolutely loved the cabin and property, the proximity to town and the park was great! When we go back we will definitely get this cabin again every time. Fishing right out the back door was a huge plus.
We really enjoyed our stay- very comfortable and the kitchen is well-appointed. The highlight for us however was the streamside location with such a lovely soundtrack of flowing water!
I loved staying here! This was a well-appointed, cozy, and comfortable place to stay on my recent visit to Estes Park. It’s super close to the RMNP entrance, and sits right on the river - all you have to do is open the patio door to hear the river rushing by. Check-in & check-out were super easy and the hosts were very responsive to any communications. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again!
We loved this property! Great access to Rocky Mountain National Park, but easy to get to town. We loved sitting on the deck with the river running by. I hope we can come back!
Can’t beat the location of this condo. Everything was clean and anything we needed was there. Property owners were great to work with and communicated promptly. Would consider staying again for another weekend getaway.
Such a cozy apartment that was so relaxing and cute! The deck by the river was my favorite part to sit and unwind after a hike at Rocky Mountain National Park. Highly recommend this place.
We absolutely loved the location near the Falls River Entrance and right outside Estes! We saw 7 moose as their were so many right up the street near Sheep Lake! The house was on the creek and we listened to the water all evening. So relaxing!! Would stay again!
