About this property

Just like the beaver we work hard, but even the beaver rests. Come on in and make this 3 bedroom 2 bath home (built in 2022) your place of relaxation after a good day at the lake or work or just stay home and work. Located approximately 2 miles from Lake Conroe, this home is in Lake Conroe Village, an up and coming community that has a plethora of newly built homes that are replacing many of the mobile homes. There are many restaurants, to choose from and Lake Conroe is very close by with fishing and swimming areas. Boat and water jet ski rentals are all approximately 5 minutes away as well as Margaritaville Lake Resort . For the person who needs to work while home, there is also a work desk station set up. This home has 4 beds and sleeps 6 but there is a queen size air mattress available. There is free parking available directly in front of the property for only 2 vehicles and parking on the grass is not allowed. Ask us about any stays needed for longer than 28 days.
There are 2 outside security cameras that record (a ring doorbell and a stand alone camera) both only record the front outside portion of the house facing the street , and there is a noise detector device on inside that only send alerts for loud excessive noise.

Super Cute, Modern Space

Cute and Comfy Hideaway

What a cozy stay! Super clean, comfortable stay in a quiet neighborhood just across the street from April Sound and Lake Conroe. We stayed two nights. Everyone was able to stretch out in their own rooms for rest and relaxation. Bathrooms were beautiful and clean with spa-like towels. Top notch amenities like washer/dryer availability (which came in handy for us!), WIFI and streaming capabilities, comfy beds to sleep on, beautiful bathrooms. Did i mention super clean? You could eat off the floor! The owners were extremely kind, provided all details needed for our stay...super accommodating. This is a place you would want to come back to! Thanks for hosting my family and I!

Great house near the lake

We were in town from Dallas for my brother's wedding. The house was great, in a neighborhood under redevelopment (some trailers, some new construction homes) and we really enjoyed it. The house was immaculate, and really cute inside, and was perfect for the 6 of us. Theree were lots of amenities, snacks and even a bottle of wine waiting for us. Great communication from the owner, who lives a few houses down.

Wonderful stay at the Green Green Vrbo house.

The owners were great with communication before, during and after our stay. The house was decorated beautifully, clean and the owners had everything you think may need to have for your stay. I will definitely look at staying here again when in the area.

This was the most coziest and clean home . My kids absolutely loved it! We all did😁 Eyvone and Sammy kept us well informed at all times, before check in and before checking out. This is was first time staying in a rental home and we absolutely loved this experience 🙏🏼

Property was exactly what was explained to us. Very clean everything that we needed. We had a great time at the Renaissance fair and this was a great place to come back to and close. If available is our first choice to book next Renaissance fair!!

Fantastic stay in great location

The home is beautiful and well stocked, clean, and comfortable. The back porch is very quite and inviting. This BNB has all the upgraded amenities! It is minutes away from Lake Conroe and great eateries. We will certainly book again when in the area❤️
