Mellfell view cottage is in a stunning and quiet location, but not too far away from local towns.
The property is decorated and furnished to a very high standard, with comfortable seating in the lounge area, with electric fire and smart TV. Original beams and vaulted ceiling add to the character, with views out of the dual aspect windows.
The well equipped kitchen is spacious and offers views of the garden and the front of the property, overlooking fields at the front and the quiet lane and enclosed garden at the back. A dining table and island are in the kitchen, as well as a TV.
2 bedrooms, 1 twin and one double are tastefully decorated with original features. The double having an ensuite shower room.
The utilility room has a washing machine and tumble drier, with complimentary detergent.
The large enclosed garden has views of Blencathra, seating provided to enjoy the views with a cup of tea of glass of something!
Private secure parking for 2 cars is situated at the back of the property.
Secure bike storage is available upon request made in advance where possible.
