Come enjoy the newly available townhome near the University of Arizona. It is perfect for visiting family or coming in to catch a game over the weekend. It is centrally located near shops, restaurants, and entertainment.

The unit has 3 bedrooms and 3 baths. Each bedroom is equipped with a 14in Cool Gel Memory Foam mattress and large smart-tvs loaded with popular apps for you to log in to.

The unit also has 3 majestic private outdoor spaces for you to relax, stargaze, and or smoke. They are all furnished. The balcony has cushions located in the bin on the left.

The garbage bin is located at the end of the drive on the right past the last unit. It is near the Walgreens in the Northwest corner of the complex.

College move in

We stayed for 5 days to live our daughter into her own apartment. This was a perfect home base for us. Lots of space, clean, easy access, easy parking and great communication. We’ll be staying here again when we come back to visit.

Great property - Central location

Comfortable beds, clean sheets/towels, well appointed kitchen, internet worked great. Having access to the garage was nice, but tight fit! Loved all the large TVs. Check-in and check-out were easy.

Perfect place

My partner and I and our two pets found Ryshawn’s property to be perfect for us. It was spacious with an open loft style, comfortable (especially our bed!) and had all of the necessities of home for our two month stay. Plus the location and neighborhood were great! It was very easy to communicate with Ryshawn.

Lovely and convenient condo with a responsive owner

We were so impressed at the ambiance on our arrival when we opened the door and the TVs all were playing fireplace pictures with quiet music. It set the tone for a relaxing and comfortable stay. Some supplies were provided, including a coffee station with pods. The unit was located very conveniently for us. RJ, the owner, promptly responded to any questions we had. I would definitely stay here again if I return to Tucson, and I would recommend this unit.

Wonderful family getaway

This property was beautiful, great location, and had everything we needed. Ryshawn was a wonderful host, even brought treats for the kids on check in.
