This was our second time in the casita this year and it was just as lovely as the first time. Comfy, cozy and nicely located. It makes me want to return to Tucson just to stay in the casita!

Well, worth the stay. Walkable to everything that you need and fully fitting the concept of an oasis in the Tucson desert.I found the casita to be a healing home of clean air and water in a place worth respecting.

Communication with the host was excellent. The house location was perfect, close to U of A for moving our daughter into her apartment. We loved everything about the house, including the Breville coffee maker, which made the best cup of coffee. Beds are comfortable, and the special touches throughout the house were great. Would not hesitate to return.

We had a great weeklong stay at the casita! It was very comfortable and as nice as it appeared online. We especially enjoyed coffee in the morning and wine in the evening on the front porch as we watched hummingbirds and locals go about their day. The proximity to U of A allowed for great walks on campus. The next time we return to Tucson we plan on staying at the casita again!

Communication with the owners was fantastic and very responsive, they care about the house, and my experience. The house was amazing. it was exceptionally decorated, the kitchen was well appointed, the bathroom was first rate (5-star hotel), and the entire house was clean and in an excellent location. Will stay again.

We loved everything about our stay at the Blue Oasis Casita! The home is so welcoming (see the kitchen photo), comfortable bedrooms and impeccably furnished with everything you need. It's a short walk to campus and University Blvd for dining, a great option for visiting your Wildcats. We stayed here while moving our son into a nearby home and loved being able to have this quiet space to return to each evening. Grace is an amazing host, very responsive to our questions and even had the EV charging set up for us so we could plug in the car each night. I will definitely stay here again when in town.

We loved this immaculate house in a quiet residential neighborhood just a few block walk from campus and the cool University Avenue trolley! The beds were the most comfortable we've had on our trip, even better than high-end hotels. The kitchen includes anything you might need, with nice high-end dishes. We loved eating breakfast on the shady front porch, listening to the birds. Full laundry, everything tidy and just what you would need. And those towels! Just wonderful all around.Super responsive owners -- they even allowed for a last-minute check out as there is so much to do in Tucson!We'd definitely stay here again.

Grace was best host ever. Quickly responsive and even purcased us a Beast smoothie machine. Unit had modern smart appliances. Parking right next to unit in driveway. Quiet neighborhood and short walk to 4th Avenue, downtown Tucson, and the big gorgeous University of Arizona. campus with stores on University Avenue. Would highly recommend!

This house was impeccably decorated, each light fixture was cuter than the other. She provided amazing service, even allowed us to mail a few packages in advance of U of A move-in and had them waiting for us upon arrival. She gave the best restaurant/coffee recommendations like Time Market (we went 3 times). The house is in a perfect location, one block from Arbol dorms. Grace thought of so many details in this house, everything was tastefully labeled, and such stylish decor. We would stay here again in a heartbeat!
