Windsor Hills Resort offers incredible amenities, including a walk-in pool with NEW water slides and splash pad, fully fenced playgrounds, fitness center, game room, movie theater, ping pong and pool tables, basketball, volleyball and tennis courts, putting green, BBQ grills, picnic areas, and ample parking.

Perfect for families, the unit includes kid-friendly extras such as a Pack ’n Play, high chair, and stroller for your convenience.

Why they chose this property

Windsor Hills is a highly desirable, secure, gated community ideally located just 5 minutes from Walt Disney World’s main gate. It is also only 15 minutes from SeaWorld and Universal Studios, making it the perfect home base for all of Orlando’s top attractions.

Guests can easily explore nearby Gulf and Atlantic coastal destinations, including Busch Gardens and the Kennedy Space Center, along with a wide variety of recreational activities such as golfing and fishing.

For shopping and dining, the home is conveniently located just 10 minutes from popular outlet malls. A large nearby plaza at the corner of Highway 192 offers numerous restaurants, retail shops, and a 24-hour grocery store for added convenience.

What makes this property unique

The home’s close proximity to Walt Disney World makes it incredibly convenient for park visits. Guests can arrive right at park opening, then return home in just 10 minutes as crowds grow and temperatures rise.
