Just What We Needed!

The house was just as listed and in a great central location of Nags Head. We could bike to the pier and to restaurants and the view from the top floor is fantastic!

Family vacation

We had a wonderful time. Prior to our stay there was a tropical storm. That being said there was sand everywhere, ripped screens,sand in the sliding doors and ice maker needed defrosting. The access to the beach was piled with sand no shovel available for us to use therefore sand was everywhere. I emailed and texted the property manager and got no response.

September vacation

No complaints. Porch door facing street does not lock. Outlets near refrigerator do not work. Black coffee machine leaks. Please trim prickly weeds on walkway to beach. Television missing in pool area. Rack for pool table balls broken. Thought pool was dirty but it was just stained.

Great location, needs upkeep

Great location, HVAC worked very well, inside of house was very clean when we arrived but cocktail tables on the deck were black with grime and the pool was dirty. The management company sent someone out right away to clean the pool though. Only 5 fabric deck chairs which doesn’t seem adequate for a house that size and 2 were ripped and unusable when we arrived so we had to sit on our beach chairs. Would have been nice to have a broom and dust pan for sweeping up sand but couldn’t find one. Kitchen missing some basics like a large frying pan and the oven was broken so hopefully that has been repaired or replaced for the next renters. The location makes up for a lot though

Comfortable but needs major TLC

Comfortable home but is in need of TLC. When we arrived the pool did not work, the dryer did not work, the hot tub did not work and the walkway to the beach is buried in sand. It took a week or so working with management to get things fixed. They knew we had it rented so not sure why this was not done before our arrival. Unfortunately it was the week my family was with us to visit. The house was clean except for the carpets. The rug in the living room smelled so bad we had to roll it up and put it out if the room so we could sit on the couch. Some of the furniture needs replacing. We where disappointed in the house but still had a fun time in OBX.
