Enjoy a one bedroom apartment with King Bed that is within walking distance to downtown Seneca Falls and a gym/wellness center. Located in the village of Seneca Falls which is in the heart of the Finger Lakes. Central to most of the wine trails and many state parks.

The Space
The apartment is fully equipped for a short or extended stay. The kitchen and bathroom have almost everything you need. There are two TV's for entertainment both with Roku streaming.

When needed there are 2 window A/C units that serve this unit. One that serves the bedroom and the other serves the living room/kitchen.

THIS APARTMENT DOES NOT SUPPLY CABLE AND DOES NOT HAVE A WASHER/DRYER.

There is a laundromat, Riverview in Liberty Plaza about 1.5 miles away.


Guest Access
Guests can park in designated section of the driveway, as it is SHARED with the other rental. Guests will use the blue back door, via keyless entry, turn left and step-up 3 stairs to use the brown door with the Welcome sign on it. In the apartment guests have access to; the Kitchen/Living Room, Full Bathroom and Bedroom. Guests also have access to the front/backyard and the SHARED or first come/first serve basis Firepit.

The apartment was very easy to get to. The parking was good, the other car could have left a bit more room, but there was plenty of room for parking. It was much, much larger than I thought, very clean and stocked with everything I needed. It was very quiet, nice little back yard area, didn't use it, but it was lovely. Very near shops and wineries. The directions were clear and helpful.

Enjoyed our stay. Don't be worried about how the outside looks when you pull into the driveway. Inside is very nice. Location easy to get to everything, although likely you would drive to downtown.

We love Seneca Falls!

This place was the perfect home base for our weekend getaway in the Finger Lakes region! It was just minutes away from all of the great things Seneca Falls has to offer! This is our second time staying at one of Jaimie and Todd’s places! It was just the right size for the two of us on our anniversary trip! We will for sure stay again!

Apartment was very good, well planned. Only omission was something to hold onto getting in/out of tub shower. Outside was problematic with patchy driveway, uncut grass made an uninviting fire pit.
