About this property

The Quay, Beach Front Building with Pools & Much More....

Beautifully renovated and furnished spacious condo with 2 bedrooms and 2 full baths. Quay building offers Indoor & outdoor heated pools, indoor pool is open all year, ping pong room, tennis court, arcade room, seasonal gift shop, saunas (men & women) on the second floor. Private Balcony with Side Ocean and Bay Views.

**High speed internet and with three smart TVs, one in the living room and one in each of the two bedrooms.

**Please note that guests must provide linens (bed sheets and towels), we don’t provide these personal items. Also, cleaning supplies and paper/plastic products are limited to what is available in the unit, guests to obtain any additional supplies.

Upon arrival, please check in with Quay building security to register and obtain your parking permit. The Quay building charges a $100 resort fee per stay, which is included in your rental, and we will pay this fee on your behalf. This resort fee covers your registration, access to amenities, and one parking permit. Should you require additional parking permits, they are for $12 per night, subject to availability, and must be paid directly to the Quay building at the time of registration. Alternatively, there are street parking options and other pay-to-park facilities within walking distance. Please feel free to ask the Quay staff for further details during your registration.

Extremely nice condo

Girls trip to Ocean City for my 16 year old daughter's birthday. This place was awesome!! It was nice, super clean and very enjoyable. I feel like i need to say saying negative since nothing is perfect so the only thing i can suggest is a new frying pan. Next trip to Ocean City, this will be our go to place to stay!! Mike was fantastic to work with and very responsive!

Best of both worlds

This condo has the best of both worlds you get to see the sunset and see the sunrise. You can see your friends down at the beach. Had such a fabulous time. Will definitely stay again. Mike was extremely attentive. Responded within minutes. The place was stocked with many spices And cooking spray which everybody forgets this is definitely a place. I’d stay again.🌟

Great end to summer!

We had a GREAT time at The Quay. My family remarked how clean and well-appointed the space was, the views (bay AND ocean) were very nice, and all of the sleeping spaces were great with our small children and Nana with us. Communication with the property manager was clear and frequent, and we had everything we needed, including salt and pepper! Thank you for a lovely stay.
