The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items and remove leftover food and drinks
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
To help prepare for check-out:
(1) Place used dishes in the dishwasher
(2) Leave used towels and linens on the floor
(3) Turn off AC/heater, lights and appliances (stove, iron, etc)
(4) Double-check for personal items
(5) Lock the door and return the keyfob to the lock box.
Please remember to close the lockbox and scramble the numbers. To avoid the $300 fee, please send us a picture of the key and in the lockbox by 11 am.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
