Very nice and clean condo. The views were great. It was a walk to the beach. But that was fine. Had a preserve for the birds and the sea turtles so you had to go around them. But that is awesome that they are protected there. Pool area very nice. Would go back. The guys fished under the bridge which was right there. They loved that.

PH6 Carlos Point

The good… spacious enough for our family of 5. Beautiful views. Pool reviews had us worried. It is on the smaller side, but we still enjoyed it very much. Nice appliances. Newer looking coffee pot, toaster oven and a very nice blender. Double oven range, which was very nice. Nice big washer and dryer. Water pressure in master bath was wonderful! The unit was well stocked with towels and beach towels. There were some nice “pay it forward” items left as well. The not-so-good: older unit, needs some attention. Pocket door to bathroom poorly functioning. Mirrored doors in master bath rusty and one is cracked. Peeling paint on trim. Skillets were all kind of beat up. (I usually bring my own for morning eggs, but I forgot it). I also brought my own blender, you know, because Margs and Daiquiris, because one wasn’t listed. Let me tell you, there is a bird nesting area roped off in the whole beach area the entire width of the building. When I say it is a long walk to the beach, it’s a long walk to the beach!! A really long walk. We could see by the pictures it was a bit of walk to the water, but this was buch moiy

Great value, location, and views!

We found this place last minute and were a little worried because there were not any reviews. However, it did not disappoint. The unit was clean, very spacious with plenty of seating inside and out, and had amazing views of the Gulf. It was also close to some activities including Lovers Key State Park (great beach!) as well as great restaurants. The only downside for some people might be the distance from the condo to the beach, which I would estimate to be about 100-150 yards through sand from the building to the shoreline. The rental company that manages the property was very responsive and even let us borrow some extra beach chairs. We will definitely consider renting this unit again!
