Great Property, Great Location!

Very nice property in a beautiful area. Property was clean, well furnished and well stocked. Property was convenient to the beach, pool, shopping and dining. Spring Break (3/28-4/6) was VERY busy with teenagers. The property village seemed to be the big hangout spot (despite the mandatory curfew).

Best location to walk out, exercise, shop, eat, explore, lounge by pool, hit the beach-you name it-it has it all! Loved being able to walk to Rosemary Beach, Alys Beach and other areas. Pool was a nice way to wind down after busy day of shopping and dining or cool off from the beach. Enjoyed listening to live music from our balcony with pjs and glass of wine! It’s a bustling place- fun to be in the center of all the good vibes! When I had any questions or needed anything, David was super quick to reply and help! Highly recommend!

Weekend away- NIGHTMARE

This place has so much potential however the owner does not know how to upkeep. Black mold, large area in master bath that you cannot miss as well as urine smell in the bath area. Black hairs on bed in which we tried to clean ourselves while at dinner. Came back to find more hairs and to our dismay started to check pillows. All pillows in house had blood stains and yellow drool. Even the ones in hall closets. We notified owner as soon as first issue was noticed and he didn’t offer to help until I told him we were Che king out at 12a. We did not stay there and did not want to stay at another one if his property’s if they had the potential to look the same. We had to pay out of pocket for a hotel in the middle of the night.. I have pictures of all issues that were sent to himAnd VRBO. Owners refusing a refund even though we did not stay. Do not stay.

Great visit

Location was perfect and really enjoyed our stay. There were a few items to be addressed, and David responded promptly. Will be back, loved bicycling to different areas close by.
