The Seasonal Tram usually runs every 15-20 mins. Bike Rentals are located downstairs, ready for you to explore 30A, including its 18-Mile Nature Trail. Great location! Can easily walk to Rosemary and Alys. Beach access was an easy walk, but very crowded! Condo was very quiet, clean, and had everything we needed. The restaurants in the village were very good and the candy store was a big hit!

We had a few chilly days during our stay and the large heated pool saved us with the kids! We also staid in and cooked several nights and found the kitchen well stocked for our needs. It was so nice to have a "kids room" so that no one was left sleeping on a pull out couch. Every amenity at your doorstep from coffee in the morning to a cocktail in the evening. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

Perfect location!!! Right behind Peddlers Pavilion, easy walk to restaurants and the beach. Condo comes with everything you’d want expect bikes which you can rent right out front! Had a couple questions and the owner responded right away, would definitely stay here again.
