Maryland Avenue is two blocks away from the many shops and restaurants of Rehoboth Avenue, so guests can park their car for the week, and walk to anything they want! This apartment is about four buildings from the beach, meaning you are never far from the ocean and the front sun room has an ocean view. There is off-street parking for two cars. This is a non-smoking unit.
Pets (dogs only) are permitted with an extra $250 pet fee per pet. Breed and size restrictions apply, pets must not be over 60lbs.
