Completed in June of 2016. This beautiful white cedar sided house is just 2 short blocks to Rehoboth Ave and 2 blocks to the beach. The house has an open floor plan including large kitchen/dining area open to new 22' x 22" living room with large flat screen TV with vaulted ceilings. The first floor will have 3 master bedrooms, including a large 18' x 24' private master suite at the rear of the house which includes wet bar, washer/dryer and private entrance. The kitchen and dining has a large dining table and large kitchen island, custom cabinets and granite countertop.

The house has a large open front porch with room for both relaxing and dining, there is also a side yard patio with pergola, Propane grill, and outdoor dining area

The second floor features 3 additional master bedroom suites and washer/dryer.

Amazing Location!

Wonderful house with tons of space. Very comfortable! The best part of the house is its location, two blocks from town and two blocks from the beach!

The house is in a fantastic location, just a short walk to the beach with restaurants and shops just a block away. It’s well-furnished and up-to-date. Superb spot for Family gathering

We had a marvelous stay. The property was perfect for our group to spend time together. The kitchen, dining & living space arrangement made it easy for everybody to mingle and chat. The bedrooms were comfortable and each having a private bath was very convenient. Proximity to town and beach was very comfortable for our group. Overall, we were all very satisfied with our stay.

Perfect family getaway!

We had an absolutely wonderful week for a large multigenerational family. The location truly couldn’t be better. Beautiful quiet neighborhood but only steps away from the beach and boardwalk. The size of the house was perfect for 3 kids and all of the grownups and the two washers/dryers helped us keep the laundry under control and large living spaces made sure we never felt crowded. David was a perfect host, welcoming and attentive with great communication. Would highly recommend for families or a larger group.

Great house in perfect location

My friends and I stayed here for a long weekend to ring in the new year. It is perfect for large groups with 6 nicely sized bedrooms all with en-suite baths. The location is perfect—just steps to restaurants and bars and an easy walk to the beach. Would definitely stay here again!

Great Location

Walkable to boardwalk, shops & restaurants. Every bedroom had its own bathroom- wonderful for multiple couples. Well stocked kitchen and very spacious. We would go there again.

Bachelorette Getaway

My friends and our moms stayed at this beautiful home for a bachelorette getaway. We wanted a chill beach weekend with ease of access to the beach and main street for shopping and bars. This house gave us exactly that and more!! Check in and check out was so simple and our host David was helpful and responsive leading up to, and during, our stay. 10/10 recommend.

Great house for groups

We had a great week, spacious house and well located for both beach (can walk) and the main drag of Rehoboth. Comfortable space, great kitchen to cook for large groups. We were 13 people in total (5 kids) and the house worked very well for us.

Our stay at the house was fantastic! The location couldn’t be better - a couple blocks from the beach and close to the shops and restaurants downtown. The listing was spot on; everything was as described. Clean house, comfortable spacious rooms, plenty of bathrooms-perfect for our large extended family! David was a great host!

This house is well laid out for family gatherings. Close to both boardwalk and Rehoboth Avenue. The property manager is a pleasure to work with. Highly recommend!

David was very attentive and answered all questions quickly! He made sure we knew about parking, access to linen and baby equipment rental, notified us that we could check in early or out later which we appreciated greatly as travelers. The property was in walking distance to all of the fun and great shopping and restaurants, and an easy walk to the beach. The bedrooms with en suites was the catch for us. We loved that everyone had privacy. We used clean sheets for towel and sheet rental and baby quip for baby supplies. They were both flawless. I recommend using Anastasia from baby quip needs, she was awesome and her products were super clean and of great quality. We love Rehoboth Beach and will return! We would stay with David again.
