Nestled in a quiet neighborhood, this spacious property offers a private dock, perfect for fishing, boating, or simply relaxing by the water. The home features 4 bedrooms and 3 baths, comfortably accommodating up to 10 guests, making it ideal for family vacations or group getaways.

Enjoy the open-concept living space, including a fully equipped kitchen with upgraded appliances and a cozy bar seating area for four. The main floor also boasts a walkout screened porch, where you can take in the peaceful views of the lake. Dine alfresco at the outdoor table, or gather around the indoor dining table that seats eight. The two living areas offer plenty of space to relax, with seating for five upstairs and seven downstairs. (This home does have stairs between levels)

With high-speed internet, you're connected if you need it, but the tranquil surroundings may make you want to disconnect and unwind. Just across the water from the state marina and 0.9 from Rivers End boat ramp, this lakeside haven is perfect for those who love the water, while still offering the comfort of home. You can also enjoy a fire pit on those chilly nights.

The listing photos don’t do this place justice

This is not your typical vacation rental property. It’s obvious there has been extensive remodeling. It looks like they gutted it and started over. Everything is new, with some nice upgrades you don’t typically see in rental properties. The work was done professionally and the decor is on point! And THE VIEW!! It is beautiful Lake Barkley at its BEST! With daily visits from huge pods of pelicans and deer feeding all over the yard morning and night. The beds are super comfy and there’s plenty of space. Everything you need is there. We liked that there are two master bedrooms with king beds and their own bathrooms upstairs. One on each side of the house. Then downstairs there are two bedrooms, a shared bathroom, a large living area and a long dining table. Also with the Great Lake view! We had a great time! The owner Chris is very helpful and has a quick response time. We would definitely stay here again!

We live on a lake and your home was the perfect home away from home for us. Thank you for adding the grill for our visit. The screened in porch was perfect for morning coffee and tea. The view is amazing from every room.

Lake house living at its finest

We had a wonderful and relaxing stay. The home is beautiful and very clean and the view of the lake from the 2nd story screened in porch is perfect. We would absolutely stay in this home again. The owners were easy to work with and very responsive.
