Private: natural state property with lawn and wildlife garden, beautiful garden to relax, swimming pool angular (6 x 4 m, depth 200 cm, seasonal availability: 01.Jan. - 31.Dec.). Outdoor shower, patio, arbour. Supermarket 200 m, restaurant, bar, café 700 m, bus stop 1.2 km, railway station 750 m, ferry 3.4 km, sandy beach 2 km. Sports harbour 1 km, marina 1 km, surf school 1 km, sailing school 1 km. The owner does not accept any youth groups.

Spacious and bright, very beautiful and tasteful furnishings: living/dining room with satellite TV, digital TV, international TV channels, air conditioning and forced-air heating. Lovely villa, pool was great and clean. Rooms were all set up nicely with towels and spare blankets and pillows. The air conditioning worked well and was in practically all the bedrooms. Lovely lounge area with lots of choice of seating inside and outside. 2 minute walk to multiple supermarkets and 20 minute walk to the centre of Denia - 25 minute walk to the beach. The area was nice and quiet as well. We had a wonderful time and enjoyed the free Sangria!

Upea lomakoti

Upea lomakoti isommallekin matkaseurueelle. Isot yhteiset tilat ja jokaiselle omaa rauhaa tilavissa makuuhuoneissa. Rauhaisa alue kävelymatkan päässä kaupungista. Helppo ruokahuolto, kun 2 kauppaa 150 m päässä. Meillä oli käytössä sähköpyörät, joilla pääsi helposti liikkumaan ympäristössä (XXX.com). Yläkerran terassilta hieno vuoristonäkymä ja toiselta yli kaupungin kohti linnaa. Denia oli sopivan kokoinen kaupunki, paljon kauppoja ja ravintoloita. Interhomen palvelut toimivat hyvin.
