Pet Policy:
All pets must be disclosed before booking. There is a required fee of $25 per pet, per night, with a maximum of 2 pets per stay. Undisclosed pets may result in additional charges.

* **Noise Monitoring:** This home is equipped with NoiseAware, a privacy-compliant noise monitoring device, both inside and outside. It does not record conversations but simply monitors decibel levels to prevent disturbances.

* **Security Cameras:** For your safety and security, an exterior security doorbell camera is located at the front door, facing the entrance. There are also cameras facing the gates to the backyard. These cameras do not look into any interior spaces.
