Point Sebago has been helping families create countless memories at Sebago Lake whether it’s relaxing on the beach, fishing, golfing, mini golf, boating, tennis, pickle ball, volleyball or joining in on the many activities offered. Happy hour, music bands, art and crafts. There is always something to do for all ages. Rent a boat or bring your own and rent a slip. My home is a bit more spacious than the park homes and cottages. Escape to your own private home while still enjoying the luxuries of a resort. 1 king bed in master bedroom. Twin over full bunkbed in 2nd bedroom. Queen sofa bed in living room. Porta-crib available. Home backs up to woods. Outdoor deck with outdoor furniture for relaxing. Firepit with Adirondack chairs. Picnic table. Grey stone surrounds home. Corn hole boards and other indoor games. Fully equipped kitchen with everything you would need. Central A/C. Golf cart available for rent. Strict no pet policy due to allergies. Outdoor security cameras. Download Campers APP for activity schedule.

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Cover patio cushions/furniture. Plug in golf cart and cover golf cart. Cover grill. Leave golf cart key on hook by stairs.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Saturday to Saturday booking only during June 22- mid/end of August. Less than 7 day bookings allowed if not peak summer weeks.
Point Sebago Resort fee $10/day/person paid directly to Point Sebago once owner registers guests. If I have space on my guest list fee will be waived.
Very strict no pet policy due to family member having severe allergy.
