Point Sebago Resort - Purple Rd - Summer 2026! Booking Fast!

Summer - $2,100 (+ registration fee) per week (Sat-Sat)

Spring or Fall weekends $230 per night (2 night minimum)



Comfortable, two-bedroom, one-and-one-half bath cottage located at 41 Purple Road. Easy two-minute walk to beach and activities. Private dead-end street; safe for children.

The master bedroom has queen-size bed.

There is a second bedroom that has two twin beds.

There is a queen-size sleep sofa, 32' LCD TV with cable, and DVD player. There is also a sitting area in the sunroom with 2 twin size futons - great for reading or working on your laptop. Each futon converts to a standard twin bed.

The eat-in kitchen with butcher blocker counter/bar comes fully equipped with microwave, pans, dishes, glasses, utensils, etc. On-demand hot water - no short showers required!

There is a front porch and a 12x24 back deck overlooking private yard. The back deck is equipped with table and chairs, a canopy and brand-new gas grill. A picnic table is located off the deck for additional seating. Enjoy toasted marshmallows and smores by the firepit.

This is a non-smoking cottage and pets are not allowed.

Point Sebago is a 775-acre resort on New England's second largest lake and is rated among the best outdoor family vacation spots in the Northeast. Enjoy tennis courts, basketball, salmon and bass fishing, miniature golf, rock wall climbing, horseshoes, corn hole, shuffleboard, a family restaurant, hourly children and adult activities, 300-seat Sebago Lounge Nightclub, adults only Terrace Room, boutique, and children's and adult programs throughout the day.

Relax on nearly a mile of gorgeous, manicured beach, rent a boat, kayak, or canoe from their full-service marina. Spend happy hour at the full-service lounge or at the tiki bar or dine in the Lakeside restaurant. The golfer in the family can enjoy the scenic 18-hole championship golf course.

Point Sebago Annual Trip

We have stayed at this property for three visits now to Point Sebago. The location is perfect and the accommodations continue to be as described. The owner is very responsive to any questions/inquiries. Highly recommend!

Great place, great location…close to beach!

Better than expected! House is clean, neat and has everything you need to enjoy a fun week in Point Sebago. Within walking distance of all amenities. We brought a wagon to carry chairs, canopy, cooler, etc to beach and it worked out perfectly.

Paula was wonderful to deal with setting up her house. She made everything easy. The house was great! Plenty of utensils, cookware and supplies for the kitchen! Great spot close to everything at Point Sebago! Thank you, we had a great time!

It was our first time using VRBO so we were a little nervous. But, the cottage was exactly as described. It was very clean, the owners were very quick to respond to my email questions, the queen bed was very comfortable, 2 nice decks and very close walk to the beach!! We had a great week!

Great Vacation, Great Property

We just came home from a fantastic vacation at Point Sebago. It was more fun than we even imagined it to be. The entertainment was exceptional, the staff was awesome, and the beach and restaurants were great. Our 5 and 2 year old boys had no stop activities and entertainment available all week including a drop of camp for our 5 year old so he could meet some friends. 41 Purple Road was in a great location, only a walk to the beach and athletic center. 41 Purple Road was quiet, clean and had all of the modern amenities. The central A/C was a necessity our week so we were happy to have it and it worked very well. There was cable in all of the rooms including the kitchen. There was a deck, fire pit and large grill in the back yard with lots of privacy. Lori was very accommodating and answered all of our questions quickly. We had a great stay and plan to come back to Point Sebago for years to come. Thank you for a great vacation!

This property was so comfortable and friendly. The proximity to everything was perfect.

My family has been camping here for years, but using this cabin made it even more special. Great property and greater Host’s. What an amazing back yard fire-pit area and outdoor eating space.

Perfect Getaway

The cottage was neat and clean and had a very nice back yard with a firepit and plenty of room for sitting around with 8 or 9 chairs. Outdoor back porch with awning covering nice patio table and six chairs. Great grill! Loved the beautiful, large beach area right on Sebago Lake. Nice flat beach made for excellent walking, and great swimming for visiting grandchildren. Would definitely come back again and again.!

Can't wait to come back!

This was our first time staying at this property although we've been coming to Point Sebago for many years. It was very clean, spacious and comfortable. We enjoyed all the outdoor seating, and having the gas grill was great! We look forward to staying there again.

5 Stars!!

This was my first year renting on Purple Road and boy was it a fantastic vacation! The house is so close to all the activities, which made it easy to get around with my 8 month old son. The owner was very responsive and I have to say wonderful to rent from! The house had plenty of room for my family and the outside had a nice deck, fire-pit, chairs and a grill. We are very much looking forward to renting again next year!!!

We love that the atmosphere here encourages quality family time and that there is something for everyone in the family to do.

Why they chose this property

When this property went on the market we jumped at it the opportunity to buy...it has a great location, it's just minutes to walk to most activities and the beach and is on a nice quiet dead end road.

What makes this property unique

Beach, boating, golfing and the many resort sponsored activites are wonderful.
Coming to PS for a week allows you to truly get away from it all. There is so much to do inside the resort you may never have to - or want to - leave. We've made many friends and created lasting memories in the time we've been here.
