Great location and very clean

The condo was very clean and had the basics. The kitchen only had the very bare essentials. The coffee pot was very minimal and could only make a couple of cups at a time. It only took little pods. You need to be prepared for loud music from the upper level resturant until 10:00 each night. You can not sit on the patio and enjoy a quiet evening. During the day music is played at the pool bar. So if your looking for a quiet place this may not be it. The pools are nice especially the heated pool Front desk were very helpful and friendly. We would possibly stay here again because our friends own nearby.

Nice property

This unit is in a building under construction. It is not quiet. The property is really cool and well taken care of but with the construction it’s loud. The unit itself is nice. Great view. The window coverings are terrible. We ended up having to put black trash bags over windows because the coverings over zero light and the second bedroom window is literally under a hallway light outside. If this place was done I would definitely stay there again. We really liked the property and the couple issues we had were taken care of by the staff immediately.

Great stay

Condo was perfect for our short stay in Rocky point. Condo was perfect size and updated. It was very clean on arrival and host was extremely responsive. Lots of work being done around property. Can’t wait to see progress during future stays. Will definitely consider booking again.

Better next time

The place was great, good AC, big balcony, nice furnishings and 4 min walk to the beach. Cons: We had no wifi for 3 days until the host replied. Also there's no spices or anything like that if you want to cook there so I recommend you take your own. The shower water was SUPER hot, just hot and it took them another 2 days to fix it. No toilet brush to clean the bathroom or plunger. The small bedroom needs dark curtains because there's so much light coming from the outside hall it was hard to sleep. Other than that the place is very nice and right on the beach.
