Gary could not have been a better host, and we were very happy with the location and the place. Super clean, thoughtfully laid out and supplied with everything we needed for a great reunion with old friends with our pups. We'd happily return!

We had an amazing time at the property. The views are beautiful, the beach was perfect! The location is close to stores and restaurants. Gary was so quick to help when needed and his response time is so fast. We encountered an issue with the AC and he was quick to get someone to fix the problem and find a solution for us. We will definitely reconsider staying at this property for future vacations. Thank you!

Gary's home was absolutely perfect for six people ranging in ages from 18 to 86. The easy entry, walk-in shower, single level, and large shaded patio was great for my dad, who has mobility challenges. The set up was great - we never felt crowded, and the kitchen had everything we needed. And the beautiful touches - such as the domed bricked ceiling in the kitchen and the bird tiles - made it feel special. And wow - being right on the ocean was amazing. Bring water shoes so you can check out the amazing tide pools! Gary's property manager Javier checked in with us after arrival to make sure everything was good and checked in at the end of our trip, too. Gary was super responsive, check-in was a breeze, directions were clear. Highly recommend!

This is our 4th time staying at Casa de Nelson. Fits our needs perfectly. We love the quiet atmosphere in the Las Conchas development. Our host, Gary, lets us come by early to drop off our beach stuff on the patio, so we can go into town to shop for groceries and to hit the beach before we actually check in, so long as we don't get in the way of the cleaning crew. The cleaning crew is excellent, too. We saw they going above and beyond. We left them a nice note and tip, too. We're already thinking about 2027!

Lovely home, well cared for. Great family spaces, kitchen had everything (please re-label the stove. Lettering is wearing off, and hard to read. Gary is great... just a little confusion on access in. After that no problems.We will come back

The house is well equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. We appreciate the spacious patio for shade. Our favorite part is the window seating, the gated entrance and the house is pet friendly to well behaved dogs.
