The semi-detached house?Stechelhus? is located in Groß Schwansee about 800m from the beach. Spread over 3 levels, 90m² provide enough space for 6 people. On the ground floor you will be greeted by a bright and spacious living / dining area with fireplace, which includes a TV, a Blu-Ray player and a fully equipped kitchen (stove, oven, dishwasher, etc.). From the living / dining area you have direct access to the large, furnished and sunny terrace. Furthermore, the ground floor has a sauna with a shower and a toilet and a washing machine. A beautiful wooden staircase leads to the first upper floor, in which there are two bedrooms, each furnished with a double bed, wardrobe, reading corner and TV. Furthermore, located on the 1st floor a full bath miot bath, shower and toilet. Another bedroom with 2 single beds is available on the 2nd floor. Upstairs available. The parking space is right in front of the house.

Arrivals are possible from 15:00 to 18:00 and departures from 08:00 to 10:00.

Leider war die Heizung defekt. Der Vermittler vor Ort sagt uns dann am nächsten Tag, dass die Heizung bis zu unserer Ankunft eigentlich wieder funktionieren sollte. Das wurde leider nicht geprüft und wir mussten eine Nacht ohne Heizung und warmes Wasser zurecht kommen. Leider war es auch sehr kalt an dem Tag und in der Nacht. Zudem hatten wir drei Kinder dabei. Der Notservice war nicht erreichbar. So etwas darf nicht sein! Wir mussten dann nach der ersten Nacht das Haus wechseln, alles einpacken und umziehen. Kein angenehmer Start in den Urlaub. Eine Entschädigung von 30 dafür ist nicht angemessen.

Wohlfühlhaus

Wir haben uns in den acht Tagen sehr wohlgefühlt, lange Spaziergänge am Meer, schöne Spielabende am Tisch, unkomplizierter Brötchenservicedienst und sehr nette Mitarbeiterin. Das Haus ist super ausgestattet, ein Fön wäre noch toll gewesen, den hatten wir vergessen, nun haben wir einen neuen:-) Leider waren wir in der Ecke die einzigen Feriengäste und fühlten uns etwas alleine in der schönen Ecke.

Tolles Haus, tolles Wetter

Wir haben unsere Woche in diesem Haus sehr genossen. Es ist sowohl geschmackvoll als auch funktionell gut eingerichtet. Die Sauna und der Strandkorb sind ein nettes Plus. Der Strand und ein gutes Restaurant in Laufnähe. Einzig die Erreichbarkeit der Agentur vor Ort ließ zu wünschen übrig, so dass wir schon dachten bei unserer last minute Online-Buchung einem Scam aufgesessen zu sein. Zum Glück hat sich alles zum Guten gewendet!

Wunderbares Haus, tolle Lage, sehr geschmackvoll!

Das Stechelhus ist ein wunderbares Ferienhaus in einer tollen Lage, sehr nah am Meer. Die Ausstattung mit Möbeln und Küchenutensilien ist sehr gut und durchdacht. Wir waren sehr begeistert und werden gerne wiederkommen. Vielen Dank an die Eigentümer, sie das Haus so umsichtig und fürsorglich gestaltet haben - das spürt man als Gast.

Das Haus war wunderschön und sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet.

Alles super, inclusive Wetter 😊, nur die Sauberkeit und Müllentsorgungsmöglichkeit (Altglas und normaler Müll) ließ zu wünschen übrig 😏
