This home is located on a corner lot on the famous Centennial Trail 2 blocks from the Coeur d'Alene Resort Golf Course and less than 1 mile from Sanders Beach and Tubbs Hill. It is also less than 1 mile from Interstate 90 access. The Sanders Beach home includes a full kitchen, bathroom, furnished with wifi. Street parking access. There is a front porch with morning sun for coffee and a back patio for evening BBQ's.
