The Cabin is very well maintained and stocked with everything you need. Great location. Only suggestion is to cut the wood a little smaller for the Fireplace. We will definitely come back.

South Fork Colorado vacation

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The cabin was in a nice location. During our stay here the weather was warm and the floor to ceiling windows made it a little uncomfortable since there was no way to cool. Also, we had trouble with the oven not working. We called VRC and they told us that a part was on order for it. Other than these two problems the cabin was good for our stay.
Response from VrboOwner on 24 Jul 2026
Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We're glad you enjoyed the cabin's location and that it worked well for your stay overall. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused by the warm temperatures and the oven issue. While the cabin does not have air conditioning, we understand that unusually warm weather can make the large windows contribute to a warmer indoor temperature. We also appreciate your patience regarding the oven, as we were awaiting a replacement part during your visit. Thank you again for staying with us and for your understanding. We hope to have the opportunity to welcome you back for an even better experience in the future.

Cozy Mountain Cabin

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Excellent location in a quiet neighborhood near South Fork. We were there in late July and this cabin definitely needs some air conditioning. Thank goodness it rained most afternoons we were there. On the day it did not rain, it was very hot inside due to the extreme amount of east facing glass. Fan in living room is useless and fan upstairs is not over the bed. All windows and sliding glass doors were dirty. The cabin is nicely furnished and decorated. Refrigerator and ice maker are excellent.
Response from VrboOwner on 16 Aug 2026
Thank you for sharing your feedback. We’re glad to hear you enjoyed the quiet location, the cabin’s furnishings and décor, and the excellent refrigerator and ice maker. We’re sorry the cabin became uncomfortably warm during your stay, especially on the hotter days. We also appreciate your comments about the fans and the cleanliness of the windows and sliding doors. We’ll be sure to share this feedback with our team as we look for ways to improve the comfort and overall experience for future guests. Thank you again for staying with us.

This was the cleanest home I’ve stayed at on vacation. The nice quiet mornings for coffee and bird watching is perfect. The neighborhood is very nice! The house is well stocked. Amanda and Heidi did a great job with responding if I had questions. The kids also enjoyed looking at the mountains with binoculars trying to find wildlife

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We love the location of this cabin, near Beaver Lake where we caught fish and enjoyed the beautiful scenery. 301 Million (Ski Vacation)

The property suited our needs for a ski vacation but could use a few updates and repairs finished. I slept upstairs in the loft, so when someone turned on any downstairs lighting it was a bit of a bother. The kitchen could use a few updates with the utensils but overall, we enjoyed our stay and would probably look at staying again.

Nice house. Clean. Good area. House was newly updated. Water pressure was pretty low for some reason. Kitchen could use some more amenities. Wry little “good” pans mostly old cookware. But we enjoyed our stay.

Great Cabin

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We really loved our stay at this cabin. It was just far enough off the main road to feel secluded. The management person was great and provided prompt communication and local activities, super polite. The cabin was extremely clean and updated. The beds very comfortable and the amenities were nice. I was surprised to find the grill grates very clean. If I had any criticism, it would be three things. The coffee filters were not the correct size for the maker, the instructions for the wood fireplace/stove were not correct (I couldn’t get a fire to stay lit and a non stick skillet would be nice. These are all super minor and I would absolutely recommend this property. We will stay again.
