Beautiful place, right on the river, our only complaint was we couldn’t have a campfire due to burn restrictions, but no one can control the weather

Great cabin and backyard was picturesque. We were there to ski so the location to wolf creek ski area was fantastic. We had 50 inches of snow the week we were there and they did a great job of plowing the snow in the neighborhood and cabin driveway. The kitchen was well stocked as we cooked most dinners there and always found what we needed including a crock pot. We would recommend upgrading the TV in the larger bedroom upstairs and adding one in the smaller bedroom for future renters.

Mountain View!

What a view of the mountains with a great location. If you are a fisherman, this is the spot. We caught fish out of the stream every day! Not just stockers, but really nice rainbows!

Wonderful for a multi-generation family that needed three separate bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Disappointed to get a separate VRBO charge and vacasa charge. I paid more in fees and taxes than renting the home itself.

Thank you for sharing your feedback with us. We are glad to hear the home suited your multi-generation family’s needs with the three bedrooms and two bathrooms. We completely understand your frustration regarding the separate VRBO and Vacasa charges. Fees and taxes can sometimes feel overwhelming, and we truly appreciate you bringing this to our attention. We want to ensure your experience with Vacasa is as smooth and enjoyable as possible. Thank you again for choosing Vacasa, and we hope to host you and your family again in the future.

Best Rental Yet

The cabin had so many amenities we lacked for nothing. The sound and beauty of the river was amazing. We saw deer and a bear mosey by. Located between Pagosa Springs, Creede, and South Fork. Easy travel to all. We enjoyed the hot springs, the mining museum and drove an OHV to the Continental Divide. Highly recommended!

Great cabin and great location!

Very clean cabin! Great space for the four of us. It had everything we needed and then some. Really enjoyed the Cornhole boards in the beautiful backyard! The neighborhood was very quiet, it had a stunning view, and the river in the back was so peaceful. Oexperience!
