After reaching the end of KickerVille lane, you are greeted by a antiquated storybook stone gate house. Enter The Cedarlands park preserve to the right , rolling gently down this dirt road thru private estate forests you’ll reach you destination on the left. You start climbing the driveway to the home thru an ally of grand white pines. When entering the top you have a vast open yard with fireplace , fire pits hibachis, picnic tables. You pull to the front door of the anew England log home cabin overlooking Big brook. You peer thru the treetops giving you the feeling of living in a treehouse. Enter thru the mud room ,crossover into the 1200 sq.ft kitchen, dining and living room with area . the huge fireplace with large hand carved mantle piece garnishes the center of attention , only then followed by the vast open view of the outdoor surroundings. A large 6 burner stove and griddle to cook for large groups. In in wall oven offering several modes air frying ,convection and more! The large laundry room is center of operations on first floor. A quality feature of this home is the large in floor jaccuzzi
Located in the master bedroom with a stand up shower, double sink,toilet. Outdoor fireplace, burn pit and hibachi all are here! The outdoor grounds offer plenty of walking, hiking, paddling whatever! This property connects to long lake via Big Brook.. It also borders the state cedarlands easement! Minutes from town . Canoes kayaks picnic tables On premises. Excellent spot for hunters as we join almost 2000 acres of state easement. And great for snowmobilers. Quick and easy access to the lake and many trails.

Fantastic Quiet Location

Perfect place for friends or family. The place was very well described and clean, though the pictures do not do it justice. Huge living room and screened in porch made a rainy weekend a dream during a get away with friends, and the access to the river was easy enough (not recommended for elderly). Nice location to store kayaks by river so no issue there. Perfect cooking space for both outdoor and indoor, absolutely no problem cooking feasts for our large group.

Last minute stay.

We had a last minute cancellation from another property we were to stay at and contacted Sam last minute. He was very accommodating to our short notice need of a house but made sure the house was ready and even allowed us to check in a bit early. The house was plenty big enough for the 7 people and 3 dogs that stayed. It was very peaceful and got to see some deer in the yard from time to time. Very close to town also. Eaton Lake Campground which is very close by had a great day use area to access a lake with a great swimming spot for the kids. Thank you for the accommodations and hospitality Sam. We enjoyed our stay!

Comin Back Next Year!!!!

ABSOLUTELY LOVED THIS PROPERTY!!! We loved EVERYTHING about this property! We LOVED it so much we have booked it for next 4th of July week again. Enjoyed the access to the water and 10-15 minute kyak/canoe to Long Lake. The screened porch that goes the entire length of the house was heavenly. The Great Room was well GREAT! Cooking for for the family was sooooooo easy and nice with the 6 burner stove(and small griddle) and the VERY modern oven. Along with the large gas grill on the open deck with the restaurant style griddle as well. There was also a gas grill on the screened in porch that we used when it was raining. HIGHLY RECOMMEND this property. Sam and Sheri were very responsive hosts. Thank you!

Great quiet getaway.
